Say what you will about the man and the channel- I have no problem with him and actually enjoy some his content.
He considered the “grand old man of guttube” by many , has millions of followers and is a pretty smart guy who owned many sig products . He gets it , another nail in in the Sig weapons trafficking, government contracts getting kickback pushing coffin.
Their tone def press releases and lawsuits against private businesses and content creators aside .

Far left went to Rep. Bryan Steils house in WI last week carrying a mock coffin

They should at least get trespassing charges against them!

Some really good (and cute) A.I.

These came up on my YT feed. Totally A,I,, but extremely cute and funny. Apparently, a pair of toddlers driving/riding in a car (of all things) are arguing (like adults and in adult voices) about stuff and one or the other just doesn't get the question right, and the two argue about it a bit.. Total fun and cuteness! The author's YT channel Page: https://www.youtube.com/@juns-w777z/shorts

New twist on DUI for profit

Cologne- a bottle of cologne . A bottle of popular cologne called opium .
No testing , no investigation, no fucking brains .

A snap shot of how the road pirates mi d works - it was strange that he was in that part of town, it was odd that he was going to get pizza , the direction he decided to travel was “strange “ and that he’d moved to Arkansas from another state was “suspicious” to them.

It says cologne right on the fucking bottle.
The other two road pirates know that it’s cologne but go along with the kidnapping and false arrest.

Bullets getting jammed into seater die

I typically use Redding type S bushing dies and Forster micrometer seating dies. When I started I bought all basic RCBS dies and quickly upgraded for calibers in which accuracy was a priority. I’ve never had an issue.
That being said I went to load some 300 black out subs using my RCBS dies. They hadn’t been used in a couple years so I spray them down with CLP inside and out to clean any residual gunk.
The cases were a combination of new Starline, once fire Starline from my gun, and once fired from friends rifles. They were all sized with the same RCBS sizing die. Case mouths were chamfered. Graphite lube was used. 3 of the 10 cases (no Starline) pushed the bullet into the die getting completely stuck. The case came out with a massively oversized neck that then wouldn’t hold a bullet. All cases were the same manufacturer. While I would like to blame the brass I’m not sure how the brass could be responsible. Bullets are 220 grain SMK seconds. I’m considering using this as a reason to finish my collection of Redding and Forster dies. Ideas?

IMG_8837.jpegIMG_8833.jpeg

-Ripcord Industries LDRP 15.15” **$160.00 shipped** all hardware included. VERY SOLID RAIL. Super tight lock up on the barrel nut. Few nicks that could be touched up with black rattle can or sharpie. Some damage on the front of the rail at the picatinny from a crash and burn on a barricade. Picatinny is still in spec at the end(I had a light mount on it before I pulled it off). I switched to an adjustable gas block clamp on style(Superlative arms)and it will not fit in this rail.

-Malkoff Devices MDC E2XTL light head **$100.00 shipped** bought this to run on a specific AR upper and found out the bezel is a little big in diameter for my suppressor and real estate constraints(shorty 300 blk). Very solid light output and plenty of throw. Malkoff stuff has a great reputation and very good customer service if you should ever need it.

Cheap NV optic

We have some bolt action and sbr semi auto rifles in 300 blk. We are talking 100 yard max mostly unless just hazing pests past that.

We shoot subs and want to get a NV optic or two, and money is tight right now.
They will be used on hogs as well and are considered pests and legally shot or otherwise dispatched at nite. Other chicken stealing and egg sucking pests as well

Any of you use these I found from ads on the hide?

A peculiar problem

I have never encountered this issue before, in 30+ years of reloading.

I recently purchased 1000 of the .308, 180 grain tipped gamekings.

I went to load some ladders today and discovered that no matter what length I seat them at, they will not chamber in any of my 308s. They also will not chamber in my gauge. Yet, when I pulled the projectile, the brass will chamber cleanly!

I measured the diameter of the projectiles and they are .308 so thats not an issue.

I am using Alpha brass, I tried Fed brass as well.

I tried different levels of crimp as well, that did not help. I also tried partially seating the projectile and then chambering the round to finish seating. No luck. I am completely perplexed.

Thoughts?

My only possible thought is that its the shape of the projectile (see pic)

180 tgk next to 195 tmk (which chambers easily)
