I’m looking a purchasing a new scope for hunting. Specifically a Leupold Mark 5HD. However, I’d like to know if anyone has taken a good look in a low light (hunting) situation and been able to make out a discernible difference.

I’m looking for some opinions of guys that have looked thru multiple sets of high end range finding bino’s. I currently run a set on Maven B.2 11x45s. That glass on them is very good, but they’re mighty chonky (33 oz.). I bow hunt big game (whitetail and elk) and do a lot of coyote hunting. I’d like to run a set of range finding bino’s more to get rid of my bino/rf harness than anything.
Swaro’s, Leica, Zeiss, Vortex, Sig. Who has the best glass in this style of bino’s?

Im on the fence that a leupold 3-9x40 with cds dial would be the best model scope that would look right on it.

Lightly used Leupold BX-4 Pro Guide HD 12x50 binos

Glass is in perfect shape, always covered. I’ve used these off a tripod for spotting only. Little dust on the rubberized coating of the exterior but otherwise brand new. No box or straps. Lens covers and soft case only with the binos.

I may have the box and straps, if I find them they’ll be included, but for now I'm saying not included.
