Does anyone make a square arca plate that is RRS-Lock compatible that mounts simply by virtue of 1/4" or 3/8" screw?

Looking to see if anyone has any experience in this. Potentially new house for me and the family in desirable location. Kids would have a lot of school friends very close by (unlike our current home).

Current house is 4100 sq feet as is new one. Lateral move. Difference is I can pull about 550-600k in equity out of this to make it affordable.

My question is how low is too low of an offer? I know the lender has final say so. House appears to need exterior cosmetic love, minor cosmetic upgrades plus all bathrooms renovated in most recent pics we can find from 2020.

Owner borrowed 665 for the house (public record). Hard to fathom he’s into it for more than it’s worth on regular market.

A couple years back I traded into an 18"JP LRP 308. Fantastic gun and shoots fggm sub moa. Came with the proprietary JP HP bolt and firing pin.

GF likes to make noise, not a bad shot but just enjoys shooting what costs the most. Put a 50 on the table and she wants to shoot it like it's a 22... anyways. I had some loose tula steel case and Hirt 7.62 in the bag so I gave her a mag full to plink with. Broke the HP firing pin. Hard primers, is this common or just random bad luck?

I purchased a couple hp firing pins and a JP standard bolt and firing pins, gas rings for both. Would a standard JP 308 bolt and firing pin be less likely to break in the future with fggm or surplus? Any other maintenance parts I should get? Thanks in advance

20" heavy match bead blasted barrel. The barrel is not threaded. McMillian A5-22 stock, inlet with the Kidd tang, bedded to this action. Single stage trigger.

Very light use. Some light handling marks from the safe on the top of the barrel....I can't get them to show up in a picture. Otherwise, like new condition.

I’ve got / had my Kestrel 5700 Elite for a while and never had this issue.

Currently installed is 1.53

When I open the Kestrel Link Ballistic App it prompts me to install version 1.57

I’ve done it 3 times now, it always says ‘Download Complete” cycles off, then back on and the App confirms the firmware install is complete… but it’s still showing 1.53, not 1.57.

This issue started after I was updating it yesterday when connecting to the app for the first time in a while.

How many of you have tested this new Lapua hunting bullet?


I have done now 2 shootign trip with the TRX and i must say that is it awesome.
Yesterday i did accuracy test and water jug & plywood test, and the results were like they promise at Lapua pages.
99% of the bullet was still left, after gone thry nearly a 1" plywood and 5 water jugs.
866 m/s speed, same as 2840 fps.
I did the test with Strasser RS 700 6.5CM.
Vihtavuori Triple-5 powder.
42gr and 44gr.
COL 2,8" and 2,85".
I did shoot 6 x 5 shot´s and no pause on each set, so the last 5 shot´t group was so, that first round was about 1" off the group that
the last 4 rounds made, 0.18".
So this is legit, if you are interested it, go and get some.
