Correct prone position and recoil management

I can shoot sub MOA, and if I'm really trying, sub 1/2 MOA 5-shot groups at 100m with factory match ammo. I exclusively shoot prone and occasionally from the bench. I'm a leftie, with a LH Tiktac in 308 shooting off a bipod. After the shot I have no cheekweld and the rifle is pointing about 10-15 mil left of target. I'm trying to be square but still notice my non-trigger elbow is placed about 3" in front of my trigger elbow. - Time to start working on technique and recoil management.

I've watched the Philip Valeyo and the Science of Recoil YT videos, and read the myriad of help offered on these forums multiple times. Still a few things I'm not sure about. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  1. Modern teaching says to keep the butt centered (about directly under the ear). Other advice says to put the butt in the shoulder pocket, which to me sounds like the outer edge of the chest instead of centered. What am I misunderstanding?
  2. I’ve also read not to place the butt against the collarbone because, with larger calibers, that will hurt. If I center the butt aligned with my ear but avoid contact with the collarbone, the rifle sits very low and painfully presses into my pec. I’m 6'4" with a long neck — this doesn’t work for me.
  3. How much should I arch my back to get a more upright posture and better head position? I feel like my chest is too horizontal and too close to the ground. At cheekweld my face is tilted toward my trigger hand and my eyebrow blocks part of the scope. With glasses I’m looking over the frame.
  4. Finally, I have a persistent fear of the scope striking my eye. After three years I’m still not confident that my prone position prevents this, so I’m never relaxed behind the rifle. Are there drills or techniques to overcome this anxiety?
I fully appreciate these questions might have been asked dozens of times before. Feel free to point me to other posts rather than typing out the answer. I’m more than happy to try to connect the dots myself.

22 BR die question

At a flea market I picked up a bunch of dies. Of the dies I find one marked 22 BR FL and another marked 6MM BR REM .BODY. I know the one marked BODY does not touch the neck. My question is , Does the one marked REM. size the body smaller that the straight BR FL .
I have some 22 BR cases that are hard to chamber and I've loaned out my 6MM bullet pulling collet, so it seams the easiest way to unload the cases is to fire them.
The brass was Lapua 6 BR formed to 22 BR

Thank You

Firearms PWS MK216 AR10 Piston 308 with Geissele SD-E

Up for sale is my Primary Weapons System MK216 Mod1-M Match rifle. The MK216 is PWS long stroke 308 AR10 rifle with a 16" barrel. I've had it for quite a few years but rarely shoot it. Guessing it has less than 100 rounds down the pipe. Comes with the rifle, upgraded trigger (Geissele SD-E flat bow precision trigger), single 7.62 Pmag and either a Luth-AR precision stock, or the B5 stock that came on it. 5/8x24 threaded, either the PWS muzzle brake or a Dead Air Keymo mount. It has 4 settings on the gas block that can be easily moved to adjust for ammunition choices, type of suppressor, etc. 1:10 twist match chamber

If you aren't familiar with the PWS long stroke piston, it's like an AR but with an AK piston operating system. Adjustable gas makes it great if you want to run it with a can. This is one of the original models that has the forward assist and Keymod rail system. They just came out with an M-lok version of the rail if you want to change it out (it's $150 from PWS). The latest versions of the upper receiver do not have a forward assist. The MK2 uses a forged upper and lower receiver. Specs from the catalog show 8 lbs 10oz for the MK216 Match rifle

Does not include scope, mounts, bipod, sights, etc. Basically what it comes with from the factory. Will check this week and see if I have the original box but not sure it came in a PWS package that I recall. Currently has a B5 and Dead Air Keymo flash hider on it but I will include either the B5 or MBA-3 Luth-AR precision stock and your choice of the stock PWS FCX-30 muzzle brake or Dead Air Keymo Flash hider. I have a KeyMod quick release bipod mount that I will include as well as the BCM KAG angled fore grip and if I have any other keymod stuff I'll toss it in. I can remove the Geissele and put the OE trigger back in (it came with an ALG trigger) if you prefer or want a lower price.

MSRP is $2300 and they are sold out everywhere. Asking $1850 shipped and pretty firm on the price for the rifle. Don't really need to sell it but have my eye on some other stuff and this just sits in the safe. I've bought a few things on here but can provide other forum/website positive transactions, and happy to FaceTime or send additional photos as requested. Located in GA if you happen to want to do FTF.
