SOLD Promethius II Powder Thrower – Precision, Power, and Priceless Quirkiness

Are you tired of your powder thrower being "just okay"? Want to upgrade to something so accurate it makes your OCD feel underappreciated? Look no further, because I’m parting ways with my Promethius II, the Ferrari of powder throwers. Yes, it’s $5000, but you’re not just buying a tool—you’re buying a lifestyle.

Why is it $5000? Well, it doesn’t just throw powder; it elegantly deposits it with the precision of a brain surgeon and the grace of a swan. This beauty doesn't measure grains—it communes with them on a molecular level, ensuring each load is so perfect it might bring a tear to your eye.

Features include:

  • Accuracy so good, your chronograph will faint.
  • Adjustments so fine, they make Rolex jealous.
  • A sleek design that screams, “I take reloading way too seriously.”
  • A magical ability to outclass every other powder thrower at your local range.
Why am I selling? Well, I’ve decided to fund my other hobbies—like racing or trying to convince myself that a $5000 reloading gadget wasn’t a phase. My loss is your gain.

Price is firm because, let’s be real, you’re not just buying a powder thrower; you’re buying perfection. Message me before I change my mind and decide to keep it for bragging rights alone.

Firearms For Sale: One-Owner 25 Creedbro – A Rifle with Character. Creedmoor, Creed

Looking to part ways with my beloved 25 Creedbro. This sharpshooting scalpel has at least one kill to its name.

The Specs:

  • Stock: Foundation Revelation – So solid it feels like you're holding destiny in your hands.
  • Action: Falkor LW7 Short Action – Smooth as butter and tougher than a gas station steak.
  • Barrel: Proof Carbon – Lightweight, yet sturdier than your in-laws' opinions. 22" of jaw-dropping style
  • Bottom Metal: Hawkins Hunter – It’s got the bottom of a fighter and the finesse of a ballerina.
  • Magazine: 1 Hawkins Flush Mag – Slim, sleek, and always there when you need it. (rattles a little when unloaded)
  • Rings: Hawkins Direct Mount in 30mm or 34mm – Options, baby, because choice is power.
  • Trigger: TriggerTech 2-Stage Diamond – Breaks like glass, but tougher than your high school heartbreak.
  • Muzzle Threads: 5/8-24 – Ready to accessorize.
Why You Want This Rifle:

  1. It’s light enough to carry on a mountain hunt and cool enough to make the range rats jealous. Okay, its 8lbs-13oz as you see it, maybe not the lightest. The revelation stock is a bit tubby, like Sam Carlson. The barreled action with rings and trigger only weighs 4lbs-4oz.
  2. Built on the Falkor LW7 Short Action, it cycles so smoothly you’ll wonder why you ever dealt with anything else.
  3. Shoots like a dream and looks like it belongs in a Hollywood blockbuster.
  4. You’re getting a rifle with a proven record—one confirmed kill.
This isn’t just a rifle; it’s an experience. Asking $3,500 but I’m open to trades for actual gold. Hit me up if you’re ready to step up your shooting game or just want to make your buddies green with envy.

P.S. Serious buyers only. If your wife doesn’t know you’re buying this, don’t blame me when she finds out. 😎

M82a1 light strikes

Hey hide,
I have a 82a1 and went out west with it. Was getting light strikes on 80% of my ammo, put the rounds back in and all went bang. Sent it off to Barrett, they checked headspace and replaced the sear spring. Got it back, shot 6 rounds though it, now it's doing it again. I shot 3 types of ammo, match Hornady, match thunder ammo, and ball ammo. All of them had light strikes every round. Tried to put them back in, again wouldn't fire.
Any suggestions?
I also found this firing pin spring in it which looks like it's missing some coils. Not sure if that could be an issue or if this is how they look.

SOLD NF ATACR 7-35 FFP MOA-XT with Grey Ops Mount

I’m selling my Nightforce ATACR 7-35x56 F1 MOA-XT scope sitting in a Grey Ops 0 MOA mount.

The scope is basically new. I bought it new, put it in the mount, and it’s been sitting on an unfired rifle since. This scope has never been shot with or taken to the field/range.

It comes with the original box and all accessories along with the Grey Ops mount.

I’m selling it to get a second focal plane scope. I’m not interested in splitting up the mount or scope.

Asking $xxxx shipped/insured. I’m not interested in trades.

If you have any questions or want to see more pics, please let me know.

Thanks for looking, Matt

I’ve really enjoyed running this Overt Industries 11.5 Suppressor Dedicated upper. You can run it as hard or fast as you like (I’ve run the GMR SS on it without issue), and have very minimal gas blowback. Overt isn’t the only game in town…I also really liked my Sionics 11.5 ERGP barrel. Of course, you can accomplish a similar result with flow through cans, AGB gas blocks, etc, but there’s something to be said for simplicity. What do you think?

Hunting & Fishing Lapua 6br 105gr Scenar-L for coyote?

So, I’ve never shot a coyote. I have a 6br AIAT that is looking at me forlornly. It’s tired of just shooting steel, it says.

“I don’t have a thermal,” I reply.

It almost spat at me and exclaimed in a British accent, “Look you bastard, man has shot yotes before thermal existed!”

I avoided eye contact as I slowly closed the safe lol

I do have a 308 barrel for it, but I’m bored and thought I’d ask a (probably) stupid question after reading a thread about match bullet kills.

Here’s the ammo in question (I have a bunch):

I assume these factory rounds will expand a bit in a yote? They don’t in a pdog, but that’s no surprise.

Background:
I’m a small varmint shooter and don’t have any experience shooting larger varmints. As alluded to above, this ammo just pokes holes in prairie dogs (yawn). Sometimes after a direct hit to the midsection with this ammo, a damn pdog will get up and run to its hole! Sighing mightily, I simply reach for my 204 for entertainment here.

Oh yeah, I’m not a reloader.
