I forgot to focus the TNC335R digital objective lens so the night vision looks out of focus. The pig was 380 yards away. I forgot the default on the TNC635R was set to Meters for the range finder. I changed it to yards after this video.

Purpose of rifle is to compete with, but I want to stay under 25 pounds and don't want to build a benchrest rifle.

Scope is a very good shape but does have a few minor cosmetic blemishes on the exterior, most notably some light ring marks in front of the turrets where it looks like the rings weren't torqued correctly (happened before I got the scope). Tried to get pictures of this as best I could.

Apologize I know this gets talked about a bunch but things change and I like to get opinions. I’m looking for a light NRL hunter longer range hunting scope. I’m running the 5-25 mark 5 and its pretty decent , field of view is kinda meh and the turrets aren’t my favorite. I have a 4-16 ATACR but want a little more mag if possible and the reticle gets a bit thick at top end.

Looking for something under 35oz’s closer to 30 is better

I have a Ruger Gunsite Scout 450 Bushmaster up for sale. This unit has been a tac driver for me the past couple seasons. I want to recycle the funds off this rifle and build a custom bolt gun for next years whitetail season in the midwest. It shoots the Hornady factory ammo well, the Federal factory ammo not as well. Right now I shoot the 221gr Hammers at 2440 fps out of it. Most accurate bullet Ive used thus far. Any questions please let me know. I am planning on purchasing a T3X Lite in .223 with a 22" 1:8 barrel for coyote hunting and target shooting. I have seen people get great accuracy out of T3X Lite contour barrels with a slow cadence of fire. Max mag length will be 2.44".

I am looking for a bullet and powder combination that is easy to load for (I don't want to chase the lands), is economical, and has decent terminal effects for predator control. I had initially planned to use 69gr SMKs but I am not seeing a lot of love for them online.

Bullets available to me in bulk in my price range include:

Sierra 77gr SMK
Sierra 77gr TMK
Hornady 75gr ELD-M
Hornady 73gr ELD-M

There are also lots of lighter bullets but I wasn't sure they would work as well in wind, in a 1:8, or in wind although I am far from an expert (obviously.) They include 52gr ELD-M, 55gr SMK, and 60gr TMK among others.

Ok first round of prepping virgin brass. This may be over kill for AR loads but its practice for new project soon.

1. Annealed brass(diy annealer along with templac 750 degree F
2. Ran through just the expander ball on forster die lubed inside of neck
3. Debur flash hole
4. Ran .22 cal bronze in drill press to clean necks
5. Chamfer and debur
6. Dry tumble to clean lube and debris off

Ok so my one question is virgin brass and new 20" WOA barrel. Do i carry on with load development while fire forming at the same time or load the brass on the low side then resize for the load development. Just curious on how my work turned out and will listen to any advice.
