SAC Modular Sizing Die vs New Area 419 S Die

I need a 6GT sizing die for my new 6GT set up using Alpha Brass.

I understand the form and functionality of the SAC die. I have one in .308.

I also have the Infinity Seat Die and Nexus Press. Overall big fan of the SAC stuff.

That being said I’ve been waiting for the combination of die, bushing, and mandrel to come in stock at SAC for months now to no avail.

Just got notified this morning that the S series die for 6GT is finally available.

There’s a little less info on the S series. Just the basic run downs. Seems it uses an expander mandrel as well but the internals are just honed to a specific dimension instead of using an interchangeable neck/shoulder bushing?
I know other versions of S series have been available for several months. Just looking for feedback and comparisons from anyone who has experienced both.

I’m sure they both do a great job.

SOLD Gray ops GT AW magazines and base pads

I have 1 used magazine and pase pad and one new in box mag and base pad. The used one was purchased as a 10rd mag but I removed the limiter and confirmed with gray ops they are all the same. The used one has only been to the range once and used in my house. I have not modified it in any way.
Asking 300 shipped

MDT CRBN

Hello,

Is there anyone out there that’s fitted a Defiance Elite / Elite X to the MDT CRBN stock? Does it fit without modification?

I’ve contact Defiance who were very helpful but advised they where not sure and that they tend to recommend stocks that are specifically designed for they particularly actions, which makes perfect sense, but when you've done a fair bit of thinking and made you mind up on an action and a stock combination it’s hard to give up on it.

Thanks in advance

Hello

Hello to all on the forum,

I’m based in the UK and as with many of the new joiners I’m starting out shooting longer ranges i.e. ranges where I’m now having to dial/hold off and in many instance consider the wind. As a non member the forum appears like a place I could learn a lot from so registered and here I am.

Many thanks.

1-10 sfp lpvo options

I'm wanting a lpvo for a brush gun. Something I can shoot with both eyes open but still have enough magnification to make a little longer shot if needed. Seems like most lpvo's are ffp and the reticles are too much. I'm wanting a simple illuminated duplex with a custom turret. Anything from 1-1.7 on the low end and at least 8 on the high end of magnification. I'd rather not spend 2 grand on the dang thing but I'd like to hear what you guys suggest. Thanks.

Impact 737R action and Outlier Backdraft Barrel

I was wondering if anyone knew if the new outlier barrels would work with the Impact 737r action. I believe the impact 737R uses the remington 700 short action footprint, so would it work with the outlier barrel configured for the remington 700 action? I'd be using the .308 bolt face to shoot 6.5 creedmoor and the barrel would be configured as such.

Feedback is greatly appreciated!

Accessories WTS used barrels chambered for Impact 737R (lots of them)

If you were wanting to test a caliber, have a practice barrel, fire form brass or have a hunting rifle for you/the kids-- I have tons of barrels (roughly 50) of varying calibers. All have muzzle threads.
6.5 Creed (26"), 6GT, 6BRA (28"), 6 Dasher (28"), 25x47 (26"). Most of these are cerakoted black. Most are Bartlein, but some of the newer ones are CRB. No other barrel brands. The countours are a mix of m24, mtu, and CRB comp. All the threads are perfect and all are chambered by Stuteville precision for an Impact.

These were my comp barrels (most/all of those will have 1 &/or 2 day match wins on them). There are a couple outliers that will have close to over 3k rounds on them. There will also be a couple that have less than 100 rounds on them. I would be lying if I said I kept notes on all of them and as such I won't be able to tell you which ones have how many. I'm not a magician with a borescope so while I'm sure someone could tell which is which I am not going to take the time to scrub each one to bare metal to determine the amount of fire cracking etc to estimate a round count. I don't run anything hot (creedmoors in the low 2600s, bras at 2800 etc).

None of these were taken off because accuracy degraded-- at a certain point it is simply safer to put on a new barrel than risk it at a match. Some of these (the really low round count ones) were projects or place holders. They weren't taken off because of a lack of accuracy, but a lack of time.

Anyway, if you're interested shoot me a message and I can get you pics of what you're interested in. To make things simple-- $200/ea shipped to the lower 48. Again, I want to be clear that these are all USED barrels with varying round counts.

Have a good day!

Schmidt Bender PMII 5-25 Ultra Short question

Hey guys, I see 2 versions of this scope. One is the original with the dedicated illumination dial on the left, and the newer one without it. Does anyone know if there's any other difference between the two versions and if there's any difference in the glass or weight? Looking to pick one up and was wondering if it's worth it to pick up an older one if I can find one for cheaper.
