The Match Director will decide how many shooters need to be signed up to move forward with this event. Unless the event is formally cancelled (as announced on this and other posting sites), assume it is going forward.

IF you want to shoot multiple rifles, you need to complete a registration for each one. If you expect to be shooting with us more than once, I suggest you do yourself a favor and build a text file in your word processor and then just copy and paste. NOTE: IF you seriously think you will score 5 in 10 or better, please DO take the time to enter ALL the info requested in the Build Sheet section - will save me e-mailing you to get missing info and hasten getting results posted on the URSA site (News and Stats pages) and the non-Cal Guns sites. Thanks.

If you want to shoot this event, you MUST sign up ONLINE (see below). Registrations MUST be received no later than 1 PM the day before the event. There will be NO onsite registrations. Registration is required for all shooters, spotters, and anyone that will be on or in the general proximity of the shooting line. NO exceptions!

The URSA Official Course of Fire is at FAQ 13, near the bottom of this page on the URSA website - https://www.unlimitedrange.org/operations.html All shooter should review the course of fire prior to arriving at the venue. Substantial additional data regarding URSA events are included on the same web page.

Sign-Ups: URSA uses the online program, Zoho Forms, to capture shooter Liability Releases and Build Sheet data, and spotter/other Liability Releases – Liability Releases are signed and dated at the event. Please use the appropriate link at the top of the Activity/Event Schedule page (http://www.unlimitedrange.org/activity event schedule.html). If you have any problem with the online form, please e-mail me ASAP ([email protected]). BTW, the form asks for limited “address” info (only city, state, and ZIP), we do NOT need your street address.

SOLD WTT Mk5 for mk5 illuminated

I have a non illum tremor 3 3.6-18

I would mainly like an illum tremor 3 3.6-18
But I may also be interested in a 5-25, or other optics (razor gen 3, atacr, etc)

Since it probably needs a price I’m putting 1750 on it (yes that’s too much, but I really only want to trade at the moment)

Willing to pay the difference in price or work something else out trade or cash wise. Thanks

Prime 6.5 Creedmoor 130gr duplicate load

I have several hundred Norma GTX 130gr bullets that I just cannot seem to get decent accuracy with. I posted in a previous thread awhile ago concerning these bullets and what I've tried. Now I have a Kreiger barrel instead of Criterion and they still just won't shoot under 1 inch. Does anyone know what Prime loaded with these bullets? I would like cartridge overall length, and what powder if it was known.

I've tried H4350 and Varget, and COAL from 2.8 up to 2.95 in .3" increments, 5 shots each. Nothing was consistent.

Should I try new Alpha brass? I use Alpha LRP brass and CCI 200 primers.

Vintage Sniper Christmas Advent Calendar

I thought I might post an Advent calendar here in Vintage. Here is day one. Suomi KP/-31 with 40 round drum magazine.

Suomi KP/-31

suomi kp31 bear crop .jpg

The Suomi KP/-31 (Finnish: Suomi-konepistooli m/31 or "Finland-machine-pistol mod. 1931") is a Finnish submachine gun that was mainly used during World War II. It is a descendant of the M-22 prototype and the KP/-26 production model, which was revealed to the public in 1925. It entered service in Finland in 1931, and remained in use until the 1980s.

Firearms WTS 224 Grendel/22 ARC upper, dies, brass

Want to move this upper and get out of 22 Grendel/ARC. $525 OBO shipped. Includes full upper, dies for 224 Grendel, and brass.

22” stainless upper.

Had this before Hornady standardized it. I haven’t shot it enough to justify keeping it.

I picked up the barrel, dies, and brass and put it together with basic upper parts. They have less than 100 rounds on it.

To clarify, barrel has about 400-500, I picked it up and screwed together the upper.

What is the next step to go from reloading to precision reloading?

So I have been loading ammo for 30 years, mostly pistol. I can get my better rifles to shoot in the .6-.7" for 5 shots. Sometimes I hit the .5-.4" range but not common. I use standard hornady or RCBS dies, factory brass like federal or hornady. I use hornady and Sierra bullets, I weighed my charges and trimmed brass. Hand prime each case. I have a magneto speed chrono. I just started to adjust my dies to a .003" shoulder bump. My ES are not great but I can manage 6" groups at 600 fairly consistently and 1-1.5" @ 200 is common. I have a full custom rifle on the way, top of the line MPA with razor G2 4x27 so the rifle should not be a factor.
What would make the greatest difference in lowering SD/ES and reducing group size trying to get in the .3" consistently? Buy an annealer and annealing brass each time? Using better components like Berger bullets and alpha brass? Use a inline seating die like a Wilson with Arbor press? Install an EC tuner brake? Or something else? Obviously all the above, but it has taken me 7 years of saving and trading to purchase a rig as nice as the one that is coming. I can only make do one step at a time. Looking for the best bang for the buck. Thanks to all who helped me with $3k budget build. The MPA is cheaper and better than what I could have put together myself.

SOLD MPA BA Chassis

Selling 2 MPA BA Chassis. Both are in good condition with little visible wear. Both are Rem 700 SA compatible. Action screws are included with both, no weights for either chassis. Bronze chassis will include the spigot mount.

Midnight Bronze chassis $650
Black chassis $550
