Local BLM "protest"

I hate to be typing this.....but these fuckers are planning more "protests" in my area. We are around 3 hours from Minneapolis, so somehow our local cops are bad as well. We have BLM and another local group calling themselves "one fargo" or something.

They have been making demands and the mayor and police have basically told them to F off. Now these groups are posting about " The revolution is here".....followed by pictures of themselves in the streets with what could be called weapons. Our mayor has now knuckled under and is allowing these grown children to run amok and cause problems.

What would you guys do?

Just getting tired of these ass hats being able to run around and not have anything done to them. Would be great to see many MANY more stand up and stomp these fuckers down.


Have friends trolling through facebook as these numbnuts are broadcasting what their intentions are..

Get started explaining to your local mayor that the citizens will vote his ass out of office if he allows out of towners to come cause problems.
Then don't wait, get started on the political side working on getting somebody else put in.

There is already a plan for that at the end of July. We are doing things legally, where these individuals are not.
 
Get some popcorn, watch the "show" unfold. I know it's painful to watch and let happen, but don't let them goad you into a fight. The revolution isn't here, and a bunch of knuckleheads making a fuss doesn't constitute one.

Nah, this has to happen, people need to see it, be horrified by it, and make up their own minds to vote R in November. You can't make any more of a convincing argument than letting them carry on and demonstrate how idiotic they are.

Stay safe, have some patience, be the better part of America and set the example.

Oh I agree with that. Have seen enough conflict and fighting to want to avoid it any more. This will be on the north side of town, so not close to me.

Really wish people would learn some history, and understand that the people they are "fighting" against are not their enemies or the cause of their problems. But of course that gets you labeled as a racist and all that bullshit.

They where posting the same type stuff here in Ky, the day of the “big protest “ there was about 15 fat white girls holding up signs walking on the side walk. It lasted about 45 minutes. Kind of pathetic after all the hype.

That's what I am expecting this to end up being as well. Really just needed to vent.

This shit is getting stupid nd upsetting to see the place we love, and then see others try and destroy that.

There’s a “black” churches right around the corner from my home.
They have a big 30’ long “Black Lives Matter” banner hung on the side of it.
Those church goers have never caused any trouble around here that I know of.
That still doesn’t stop me from wondering if we’ll have any trouble as a result.
Luckily, this isn’t anything like Mogodishuappolis.

I'm sure British supporters thought the same thing about why all those damn tea party protesters being allowed to run a muck...

Whether you agree with their message and/or how they present it, outside of the rioting/looting/arson/CHAZ, we should all still support the constitution including their 1A rights.

Huff and puff as hard as they might Trumps election is still proof the mighty woke blue cities can't force the nation in any direction unless we let them... Send your message loud and clear at the polls to these spineless elected idiots.

If they are tearing up your town and you stay home and do nothing you tare a coward. You would have a duty to act. Of course not all these events turn out that way. Counter protesters are needed as well. I would be there in my home town for sure.

That’s a very tenuous analogy, but that the colonists rowed out to an EITC ship, and destroyed their cargo of tea, rather than rampage through Boston destroying their own businesses is pretty much all you need to know about the massive disparity in moral authority and the justice of the two causes.

History is never as neat and tidy as it's written in the history books. That's part of the reason society doesn't learn from it and merely repeats it over and over again.

The tea party ships were transporting duty free cargo for the EITC, but all 3 ships involved were not EITC ships rather American built and owned ships. This is reportedly why the ships weren't damaged. Yet dumping the cargo was still hurting the business owners of both the cargo (British) and ships (American) not actual oppressors (British parliament)... if you draw a moral line between in the city and in the harbor I'll concede that point. Otherwise even the tidy version we have to go on today isn't as different as our national pride makes it feel like it should be.

In a similar fashion Floyd will now neatly be written into the school history books as a noble person nearing on sainthood much Like Thomas Edison. Without any mentions of criminal activities or wrong doing. Even though neither individual is even close to free from sin.

Yes, I still support the "rights" of everyone friend or foe. That's the entire principal behind the constitution and this country.

Yet, If this really is a "revolution" as you say; I am more than a little curious what have you done against all these "enemies" besides your own brand of virtue signaling from behind the keyboard?

Sounds like only around 20 showed up to cause problems. The cops were having none of it and pretty much stomped them out and made them go home. Good to see more than a few of us are sick and tired of these spoiled little bastards running around our town.
