"The Bargain"
This rifle was almost entirely assembled with parts bought second hand from Sniper's Hide or new but clearance pricing of at least 33% off.

Kelbly's Atlas Tactical
Krieger Marksman Contour 26" 6.5 Creedmor (Cut By Kelbly's)
MDT ACC Chassis
- Barrel Channel Weights Installed
- Forend Weights Not Installed Yet (not pictured)
- MDT Adjustable Grip
- *MDT Extra Round Holder (sadly it's flimsy plastic... just cannot recommend it as a result)
- *JKL Precision Bag Rider (3D printed plastic; much cheaper than and I like it better than the MDT bag rider)
Timney "The HIT" Trigger
VG6 Lambda PRS65 Brake
Khales 624i LSW AMR
Warne Skyline 7821M Mount
*Tubb ELR Bubble Level
DAC Solutions Dope Card Holder (Carbon)

*Unable to purchase second hand or on sale/clearance.

Haven't shot it yet, so hopefully it shoots! :ROFLMAO:

For now, here's my thoughts before I get to the range:
- Kelbly's Action: it's already broken in and smooth as fine silk, easily the best action "feel" I've felt
- MDT ACC Chassis: we all know this chassis but, I'll be honest, I'm more comfortable with my XLR Envy Pro build... but it's still great
- Timney "The HIT" Straight: compared to my TriggerTech Special, it has less of a wall (breaks like a benchrest trigger)
- Khales 624i: I love the AMR reticle to pieces but the eyebox/eye relief is surprisingly touchy for its class/tier; wonderful turrets
- Warne Mount: 4-screw mount; no complaints other than its not an ARC mount (can't comment on the available accessories)
- VG6 Brake: annoying there's no flat on top of the actual brake to precisely level it to the action (have to do a visual level... no big deal)
- DAC Dope Card Holder: wish it was metal but it's still great; the magnet will rip your pacemaker out of your chest
- Tubb Bubble Level: the bubble is much "slower" than other bubble levels I have, which is nice... not so touchy; wish it was black not gray

For reference that is an ARC 10-round magazine and Accu-Tac ARCA bipod.

So many "chasis" systems. What the heck was the world before chasis systems. I'm so satisfied these days when I see a rifle in a McMillan or Manners, even an HS precision stock anymore.
Not to mention all the number 6 acronym cartridges........ 🤷‍♂️

Evolution. While I share your sentiments about McMillan and Manners as I have both, chassis are the present and future. Even the armed forces which is usually 10years behind the curve has adapted to chassis. Last thing this is literally a “show” your rifle thread, a pic thread if you will and you show up complaining about people posting on topic?

That is a nice looking rig you have there!
Wasn't trying to complain. I'm only reminiscing........
I'm not a warrior anymore anyways so what do I know?

Another Lefty in an XLR, in 6.5 man bun, with a Gay Tiger match saver for all the H8rz lol... @Skeptic1 my Manners is getting some work done.
I appreciate a traditional stock too, but for all the match games, a lego chassis can adapt so well.

Good for a laugh! Sadly this is largely how I see 75% maybe 80% of so called "Precision Rifles". Good for a laugh though! If you are mall ninja or live action role player you might be offended by this if so do not watch! Cheer's! Only brave souls not easily offended that can laugh at themselves should venture on past this point! Cheers!

Here's a RITTEN PRECISION Built Remington 700sa in 308cal. w/20" Bbl. I installed it in a McREES Folding Aluminum Chassis. I think I might get a Manners, HS Precision, or McMillan. Has anyone used a Graybone Stock if so how do they compare to the ones i listed that I'm thinking about.

I have a Grayboe Pheonix on my bergara 300wm and like it a lot. However among the others you've listed the Grayboe isn't as "finished". Keep in mind Grayboe is a part of the mcmillan family they just aren't as nicely done. It functions very well which is all that matters. I'd take a Manners or McMillan over anything. On a budget, Grayboe.

Less than .1 MIL or IOW, you likely cannot correct that using your windage adjustment because then you'd be .4 moa right of center. But I didn't do the math, so I'm just guessing. But I bet I'm right. 🥸
The wind was coming up a little each shot so I was holding a little more for each one. I had .7 mil wound on to start with. The bull was a blue blur in the mirage so I was more than happy with the group. It was actually good fun shooting it with the wrong type of rifle. I 3d printed the 3" bag rider and magazine sled the day before and it all just worked.
