But if they DO sue, he can subpoena every internal document that proves his case/point and make them available in open court. Does Twitter really want that? Do they REALLY want Musk to be able to show everything that he has seen under, almost certainly, tight NDA?
Musk is pulling out because Twitter is a shell and a scam at a financial level. And being used as a massively political tool, while losing money for more than 15 years... Yes, that's how long they've been around as the darling of the NPR and chardonnay set.
He will simply show the 'real' numbers in a courtroom circus... and totally gut Twitter. And possibly send executives and others to jail for financial fraud. And if Mtn's article above is correct (and there is probably something to it), it opens the kimono on something even better! Oh and all will take place without a 'friendly' house and senate?

I don’t think there is any intention to put her in place if the potato is removed. There was an article several months ago on Fox where one of their reporters had gotten a tip to look into how a VP can be replaced during a term. That one thing has stuck with me, because they will replace her before they replace him.
What trial? Case is moot, no standing, delay proceedings indefinitely etc. We may not be there yet, but it feels like this government will go through extra effort to protect their precious things.
I think it would be very difficult to replace her without alienating most of the black citizenry.

Yeah. I don't think the government will let the details become available on how twitter has been lying about everything. This is also their opportunity to intervene and prevent the sale. Prior to now they failed to stop when petitioning the FCC to halt the sale. This is a second chance they may not get again.

My hot streak on avoiding the coof ended this week. I'm just getting over it right now. My wife came back from a vacation with her friends Saturday and spiked a fever and lost taste and smell on Monday.
By Wednesday I started getting symptoms mirroring hers. Bad fever for a night, low grade fever for 48 hours. Worst part was the headache. Never had a headache like that before that just wouldn't go away. Other than that, it is very similar to the flu.
Neither one of us had much upper respitory issues and neither one of us are vaxxed. Both recovered in about 72 hours. I plan on doing some yard work today...
