I blame much of this on the Georgia January senator run-off, which was a duplication to a "T" of what that state did on N3. There are numerous skin infections that, depending on the age of patient and location of lesions, are subject to mandatory reported to State CPS. It doesn't mean that they are pathognomic for abuse, but that it needs to be investigated.
