Anyone else have an Annie in the shop for upgrade or repair? I sent mine in for revision upgrades in December expecting it to take a few months. I understand the COVID delays and was just looking for an update to plan around. I have talked with Garett several times and been told it will be shipping Monday, in a few days, and twice tomorrow. Most recent ship date was Friday, still no notice. Anybody else having trouble with them? I offered to pay return shipping last time and said said it wasn’t a big deal.

I had purchased an Annie a few years back and got the same oh it’s shipping and finally got it six months later. Then it broke after 100 rounds. I never would recommend the Annie or it joke of a company to anyone. But hey people rave. i had so many issues with them I’m not even going into it.

Hmmm......Interesting. Sorry you guys are having those issues. My experience with Garrett has been great. Everything's running fine and has been since I bought my setup in about February of this year.
I was super happy with mine until it broke. I have a water cooled coil, and it was annealing very fast and accurately. My interaction with Garrett was positive on the purchase, and even when it got broke, was not terrible. I sent it back, and tried to get an ETA, then nothing. So I am guessing he will get around to it at some point. Just have not heard a peep for a month.

Got mine back about a week ago. Best I can tell it is a new unit except maybe the heat sink/case. Runs much faster and duty cycle is increased. I was very polite, I called and got ship dates then called on those dates to verify. Got new dates and repeat. When Garrett realized when I sent my unit in he did get it sent out in a week or so.

Finally got resolution. No contact for a month or so, I emailed quite a bit. Then he replied and sent out a repaired unit. Unfortunately USPS mangled the shipment and smashed the unit. Fluxeon asked for pics, then sent out a new unit post haste. New unit Functions well again.

Ehhh, this isn't reassuring. I purchased an Annie in February of 2022. I received it in June and annealed about 200 pieces of brass the week I got it and then it broke. Worked great while it was running, but I had to send it in for repair. It's been 6 months since my initial order and haven't heard back from Fluxeon in a month. I'm sure he'll get it back to me eventually but man it's been a bit of an arduous experience.

My Annie has been excellent. I am guessing that they are having issues sourcing semiconductors like everyone else right now.

I sell a product that 2 years ago had a 2-4 week leadtime. Right now it is at 30 weeks.

Fluxeon emailed me and said repair is complete and it's back over my way. I'm sure there are issues with sourcing parts for the Annie so I'm trying to be an understanding customer. It's just hard to spend over a grand and have nothing in-hand for 6 months. I will say, while I had the operational it annealed really well.

My brother has one. Great unit! Took A LOT of patience getting it, but he’s annealed 600 so far no issues. It does exactly what a consistent annealer does. Anneals perfectly.

Have the Fluxeon Annie. Haven't used it for a couple of months.
Got the extra cooling tank model.
(solved) see bottom
Anyway, when I turn it on, the induction is triggered. No error lights.
Set up my table and case and set timer. Pushed floor button. Nothing happens.
Pushed switch on panel - nothign happens.
turned it all off, removed plugs for foot switch, reset it all. Back on and again induction is triggered.
Neither switch works.
Sent support email but am at a loss for what might be wrong.

Removed the optional foot switch and now switch on front panel works properly. At least I can get the annealing done albeit slower.

It sounds like the front panel switch is stuck on, or something migrated on to the circuit board and is closing the circuit, causing the trigger.

Possibly a bad triac.
