Good thing about the PD dialysis I have recently started, it drains the protein from your body. I now have to eat a lot of protein as per the doctor's orders. Steaks, roasts, ribs are now an important part of my diet!!!
I'm now thawing out a nice roast to get into the smoker tomorrow!
The street is very narrow. In fact, two of the opposing homes on the street are less than 6' apart.
Many of the old butcher shops still have the meat hooks hanging from the eaves.
The street is steep and that allowed the blood, urine, etc to flow away from the shops down towards the nearby river.
Yorkshire is really neat to visit.
It's also a short trip to the royal armouries museum in leeds when you get bored of the yorkshire accents.

my mistake for thinking it was somewhere in germany. the buildings look like what i saw in bad wimpfen, then i noticed the sign in english on the side of the building.
