Fact check: There is no such thing as transgenderism. Therefore, the first transgender officer cannot be a Russian spy.

and WTF would anyone pay for medical records?

"case 492a: General Miley has a hemorrhoid the size of a hackey sack protruding from his anus"

how's that going to help Putin
Snipers would take aim at Miley's donut pillow and then feed him peanuts.

Wait a minute, not long ago it was all over the news Russia hated gays and trans people but this moron wants to spy for them?

“In another meeting, Gabrielian allegedly told the undercover agent that her husband was a “coward” and was worried about violating HIPAA - the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.”

“I’ll commit treason, but I’ll be damned if I’m going to violate HIPAA laws. I took an oath!”

Usually federal investigations take months and months of building a case LOL

I wonder how long the couple was in communication with the Russian Embassy in DC before the FBI (or whoever) got wind of it and hooked them into vomiting all over themselves in mid-August of this year 🤣

Maybe Russia was like "fuck this tranny bullshit.. medical information? Thassit? wtf... Hey, Yuri, hold my vodka and watch this. [Picks up phone] Halllooo? FBI?..Hi Robert. Its Ivan again...... you're never gonna believe what zi got for you this time....... yeah, tranny shit......let me know how goes LoLz." 🤣😂🤣

the problem with putting morally depraved people in positions of power is that they might do things that make them easy prey to blackmail.
During my Active Duty time this ^ was the argument, and position. Supposedly ("Dont ask don't tell", then became "openly"), the risk of blackmail disappeared "as long as everybody is outwardly open". It didn't. these fucks are mentally ill, as far as their sexual ideations, and whether "straight" or not, they are STILL Traitors, in the full sense of the word. House arrest? No bail? They should already be on trial.

Only took 5 records? Sounds like russia may have caught US personnel in the Ukraine and looking for some leads. Maybe had an idea of who it was, but med records with blood type and any identifying marks, scars, tattoos etc…. Otherwise, why not just burn the whole database to portable media and be done with it

So, it looks like the intent was to get medical records and information that could compromise the Soldiers such as mental health or if they had a contracted a sexually transmitted disease while married or something else as examples.

Here is another example of craziness, we called this one trunk or treat. Crazy freak Soldier kills his wife and gets arrested with dead wife in truck while driving around with his girlfriend and the kids in the car. Happened while I was here at Polk, I met his squad leader who told me some stuff I wish I had never heard!!!

Ft Polk would make anyone crazy.

Just curious - article says they'll be tried for Conspiracy. Why not treason? Is it because we're not actively at war with Russia and thus they aren't aiding and abetting an "enemy"?

The FBI contacted the couple in response to their call to the Russian Embassy. That's a pretty blatant confirmation somebody is listening to the Embassy's calls, though I imagine it's no surprise to the Russians . . . .

the probability of being blackmailed is a big security risk. whether due to overseas family, overseas assets, or -like you said, moral depravity- it's something that they rake you over the coals on, when being interviewed for top secret clearances

Except it was later pretty much proven that they were simply patsies that took the fall for what others did and the government at the time knew about it but didn't mind brutally murdering innocent people to cover up the truth that the public wasn't going to be allowed to know about.

Yup, went through it, and was interviewed for a friend. Gambling is another trigger.

The fact he was loyal to HIPAA is another sign of his mental illness.

Bet this douche pushed the vaccines on troops too.

I figure treason falls under the umbrella of morally depraved... So it isn't really too shocking.

There really doesn't seem to be much in the way of consequences for anything now... Nowadays you might spend some time inside and lose a pension... for something that used to get you a longer neck or a lightning ride.

Mental illness is not sharing people's medical info with parties who don't need to know it, or am I reading this wrong?
