The party does. Big brother and his gang of henchmen.
They hire agencies and motivational speaker types to come up with various psychobabble phrases designed to motivate/scare people and then disseminate them to their various local party offices, media people etc.

For real, repeat the lie enough and people believe it. Of course it helps they stopped teaching the truth of what America is and the government run school system churns out students just smart enough to read a bumper sticker. Dems have called our country a democracy my entire life. It still isn't, but they need mob rule to carry out their nefarious plans.

it's hard to call it loose when so many people are willing to just give it away . It sounds like the excuses of a drug addict I lost this or that because of my addiction , when no they lost nothing they gave what they had away for something else sadly . They are not just trying to give away there freedoms for chains of communism they want you to give up your rights and freedoms as well .

They, both republicants and democraps, have think tanks. They test phrases and catch words that work for their causes. Do you think that Jo potato came up with ultra maga republican?

Obviously any reasonable person wants America to be great, but the left teaches that American is inherently bad, and they constantly try to portray everything about traditional America as bad. Thus, "America being Great" is not a good thing. Grievances and Santa Clause is the entirety of the left. EVERYTHING they profess , everything they call good, everything in their entire contiousness is based on one of those 2 things. They must promise goodies and stir up grievance to have any kind of platform or even thought process, it all relies on these 2 principles. Therefore, America being great and prosperity is diametrically apposed to their message in all cases.
