normally they are next to each other
A leach field is an underground array of perforated pipes that are adjacent to a septic tank.

The more they fight means to prevent or document election fraud, the more that indicates their desire and plans to cheat. These are just more reason we need to strengthen voter ID laws if elections are ever going to matter again, you know "democracy".
The Democraps absolutely do not want people taking photos of their mules dropping stacks of ballots off at boxes. They absolutely do not want people taking photos of the license plates. They do not want any documentation whatsoever of their crimes. Which is why we need to also document the locations of every cell phone that comes within 100' of a drop box.

How this can be stopped? Everyone votes in person, on election day, with ID, and pink ink on the finger after they vote, with ballots that must be perforated to prevent digital theft.
Yes. And I might add that every ballot needs to be serialized just like our money and scanned and digitized, and if you want to view your ballot later to know it was counted - you should be able to pull it up digitally and verify your picks.
