Origin action question

I did a search but didn’t see anything also emailed Zermatt but didn’t get a response. So I have an origin action and wanted to know how the firing pin and spring are disassembled? Like if I need to replace those parts how do I disassemble the firing pin from the spring? I know how to do it on a standard rem700, but obviously the Origin is a little different.

Those aren’t what he is asking for.
He wants to know how to completely disassemble the firing pin assembly, not simply remove the complete assembly from the bolt.

I’m sure zermatt will send you a whole new assembly if yours breaks.

There are two set screws on the cocking piece. One is on top of the other. Unscrew them and then unscrew the firing pin from the cocking piece.

this is the correct answer.

way easier to just get a whole new assembly (keep a spare assembly) than mess with it
