And no, George Floyd, a gun-wielding robber who stole for drug money and had no problems pointing his gun at women and childre and yet still had a larger funeral in Houston than did GHW Bush, doesn't count. He was overdosing on Fentanyl and Meth. One of the symptoms of Fentanyl overdose is shortness of breath. Often, a patient will say, "I can't breathe."
