Reading about yall camping out in very uncomfortable cargo planes, thank you for what you did. I'm 25 years in Fire/EMS, and have read a pile of books about most of the wars the U.S. has been involved in, especially since 2001.

Every indoor range I've ever been to. Avoid ranges at all cost. One locally even has holes in the bench

Then again, the simplest of things like bore sighting a rifle is unknown and confusing to many ‘gun owners’. A guy who shoots an occasional rifle match here asked what I was doing when I had the upper of an AR on bags, zeroing the scope at 100. He had no idea that was possible. This explains all those guys that say they start the zeroing process at 25 yards and work their way out 25 yards at a time, using a box or two of ammo in the process.

The last time I was in that booth, the tech came in and asked if I was pressing the buttons. I replied I hadn't heard anything yet. I wish my hearing was that good now.
Any decent industry here in the US has also been doing this annually for many years now. One of the reasons that I still double hearing protection even now and wear plugs whiles using two stroke tools around the house. Trying to preserve what hearing I have left.
That shirt is really dated, it needs a serious update.
Not sure we watched the same video. Customer assaulted the employee multiple times and caused property damage.
Not saying that knockout was a fair fight, but 100% saying that customer had a beating coming to him.
