I went out on a maintenance call for a first time customer and turned the thermostat down then jumped in the attic to check the air handler and everything checked out but the air handler that should have been cooling the air 20ish degrees was making a 2 degree temp rise so I went outside and the condenser was 3 pounds low on R-410 and the low pressure cutout had engaged so I had to bypass the LPCO to charge the system. I got the system running at a 9.9 subcool and the LPCO was still out so I explained the situation to the customer and told him that we will have to find one and replace it, he wasn’t happy but understood and signed the invoice. The NEXT FUCKING DAY my boss called me, that cunt of a customer called the registrar of contractors and the home warranty company and told them that their AC was working fine when I got there. I pointed out to my boss that all of my photos are time stamped and my second photo was my temp probes showing a temp increase rather than decrease. The POS was telling everyone that we needed to replace his entire system, because of my documentation the AZ registrar of contractors who almost always sides with the customer told this customer to go pound sand. I used to be a people person but people ruined that for me.
