My wife and I took a tour of the cheese factory at Tillamook many years ago.
Hooks cheddar is serious. They also make a 20 year old that comes out occasionally on limited release. I'll buy cheese from Wisconsin before Oregon thank you.
I've tried feeding the kids that on there grilled cheese sandwiches and it was a Know ago go

A big 10-4 on the kids taste. Good cheeses, True Mexican food all the more for us.
I live in Southern Wisconsin, it's local to me and still expensive, I only buy it occasionally. Far superior to Tillamook though.
Can confirm. I grew up in northern IL and the cheese from this region is amazing
