Now they going after all Guns. Judge denied an FPC preliminary injunction for a ban that bans all semi autos. And apparently there is a sit in at the CO statehouse where they are demanding the go ban semi autos there.
If JFK were alive and were to run today he'd be considered radical, hard Right.

I remember I was on stage in the Senior class play when I learned of the assassinatin. Another member whispered it in my ear and I couldn't believe it. Our class motto was "Ask Not...." Does that REALLY look strange to you? I did all the work, including milling the 80% lower and milling on the upper for B.A.D. lever clearance, that I built, Cerakoted and created ammo from Federal 6.5 Creedmoor SRP cases before most people knew what an 8.6 was... The linear compensator was built for me by Tony Rumor of Tromix (458 SOCOM) He is now selling them on his web site.
I haven't been back to that thread, because I have since built a 350 Legend, a 10mm AR SBR and a Polymer 80 10mm, restored an UZI and a PPS-43, and am now working on a CETME C that I had to build the receiver bending jig for, and am now ready to weld up, so I had nothing to gain by remaining on the thread. I learn what I can learn, help when I can, and move on to the next project.

It was more than that. None of the plaintiffs had attempted to make a suppressor in accordance to the Texas law. They could not show that they had been affected, and thus had no standing.
We’ve all heard the adage “don’t start none, won’t be none.” Well they didn’t start any, and until they do, there won’t be any.
The judge- in the dismissal of the case- laid out what steps the plaintiffs did not take, thus creating a roadmap for a follow on lawsuit. And, the suit was dismissed without prejudice, so it can be refilled once the plaintiffs have standing.
