Most of the cheap e-bike battery packs sourced from second-hand factories in China that recycle defective products from other plants do not have such circuitry built in, making them extremely low cost and popular with delivery couriers who put a lot of miles on their bikes and scooters. Over 20 people have died this year alone in NYC from fires caused by these defective batteries.

This has happened a lot in recent years. Conservatives are afraid to answer polls because of retaliation. When telephone polls use to be conducted some people were afraid of answering the question a certain way because they don't know if the caller was genuine or trying to extract information they could use against them later on.
I recall reading an article about 35-40 years ago about gun possession in Europe. The telephone poll said that 24% of the respondents said they were in illegal possession of the a firearm.
The point of the article was that they thought that actual illegal firearm ownership was higher than 24%. That was 24% of people stupid enough to tell a complete stranger over the phone that they were breaking the law!
I say all this because anyone who appears to question the 2020 election faces some sort of retaliation; be it mild or severe.
I don't answer online polls that require an e-mail address. I don't want to let an unseen stranger know how I feel about something. So if this was an online poll requiring e-mail addresses I will bet there are more than 1/3 of the respondents feel the 2020 election was stolen.
Also remember that the polls said HRC was going to win the 2016 election. Those polls were wrong for the same reason; conservatives won't answer the question unless they can be guaranteed complete anonymity.
The cartels aint stupid. They've founded legal chemical supply companies with int'l licensing and everything, chemical companies that have contracts with the Mexican gov't, Mexican military, and other nations' gov'ts, to import the meth and fent precursors. Its such a very complex well financed operation, that Im honestly kinda surprised how well the DEA has been able to penetrate as far as they have and the amount of intel they've gleaned. Even so, the cartel is so compartmentalized and operates more like a franchise, with many many different bosses, taking down the top dogs really dont do shit. FWIW, China has instituted the death penalty for fentanyl manufacturers a couple years back, and has executed several death sentences before production there was stamped out.

Very impressive work by the feds here. Hats off to them, they're doing their job here quite effectively. Drug war is still absolutely hopeless however. The drugs win every time...IMO you'd have to either legalize most stuff and regulate it just like alcohol, or institute the death penalty for all involved... but I think the Chapitos are on borrowed time. The second team is never as good as the first, and sons are rarely as competent at something as their fathers. Just my opinion, but I dont see the offspring having a several-decades run like Chapo did. They're quite powerful right now, but theres so much heat on them its insane, and just aint a sustainable situation.
