Yep, and the most ludicrous thing about it is that medical practitioners are pretty much FORCED to cater to the delusions of these freaks. If a pre-op M-F tranny with full package walks into a gynecologist's office and complains about pain in his "uterus", the doctor and staff would be required to perform an ultrasound on his hip area and tell him that his 'uterus' is okay or whatever the dude wants you to tell him and refer to all of his genitals by their female counterparts. Some like to play pregnancy fantasies and would tell the doctor beforehand that they were to announce to him that he is pregnant, and congratulate him on his new life as an expectant mother, and then the guy would weep with "happiness" and proclaim to everybody that he is "expecting". It is some SERIOUS level of delusion and make-believe play and they treat it like it is real and expect everybody else to do so as well.
Imagine you are a real estate agent who has been given a rundown, dilapidated and trashed house to sell but the owner requires you to pretend that it is a grand old luxurious mansion. You are forced to refer to the single dingy, fly poop smattered lightbulb in the entryway as "the chandelier", and the feces and needle strewn laundry area as "the stateroom" and you have to remark with every sentence how "clean, beautiful, and ornate" everything is, even though both you and everybody else can see that it had been a drug addict and squatters' den. That is the only thing that is comparable and similar to the above.
