Yep I have run into that a few times when I was still a tech. Lack of cold water grounds, or adding sections of PEX would break the cold water bond. Usually it makes the plumbers a bunch of money as flowing power through the copper pipes will eat them up.

The one I did was sort of a "Okay, let's go humor them", never expecting to be able to replicate the claim. Put the meter on the tub drain and got 66 volts! Bathroom butted up against the kitchen wall, behind the stove. Was expecting some kind of grounding back feeding who knows what... but was surprised to see the drain pipe was PVC. We replaced the stove receptacle and the problem went away. Over time I saw lots of "energized lumber" in those apartment buildings. Unsettling to touch a voltage sensor to exposed 2x4's in the attic and have it go off.

Ok Space Cadets… new comet just discovered, coming out of the sun, so only just spotted by Japanese amateur astronomer.

It’s the one “coming out of the sun” that’s going to get us, You know. No warning.

Should be excellent viewing.

If you cover the sun with your thumb you should be able to see its tail.......

Pretty cool. Look West at sunset. Should be even visible from a lot of suburbs. The fact is was not seen until coming out of the sun is not good. They need to get the sats up that sit that the L5 point and look for asteroids and comets.
