The People of the Philippines must be living right. A cat 4 typhoon does a complete circle off their eastern coast, then travels far enough north that on its western turn, it completely avoids the northernmost area of their nation.

FWIW, that dude used to whine about everything when he was a Sergeant. Went on recruiting duty about the time I retired, and stayed out there as a career fleet dodger (career recruiter). Hard manual work wasn't his thing.
