This woman had thought about getting a blackout neck tattoo for the longest time possible. At first, the man tried to lie about the condition of the dog but the questioning quickly turned into an impromptu roadside interrogation as deputies picked apart the animal abuser's lies one by one. In the end, deputies RIP HIM A NEW ONE and thoroughly humiliates and decimates his ego before putting him under arrest for animal cruelty:
