Russia has ground based lasers, ASAT missiles, and of course, EMPS. Starlink also has a lot of unhardened ground stations. And factories. And then there is SpaceX. We ( the West) is not in a declared war with Russia.
Stupid move by the Ukrainians. And something they planned for months. They are trying to goad the west into a wider conflict.
A lot of people want it, though. In the late 80s we could not stop ODA red cells from shutting down the grid with simple power tools. The Russians could do this in a day. And it would all be deniable.

Probably wouldn't work for me, my neck is so jacked up, I need the essence of a pillow...a little thicker than just the pillow case itself.
