It's a "JEEP" community way to tag the owner from what I was recently told on another forum.
That forum was discussing whether the footpeg accessories found on Jeep door hinges are dumb/stupid/dangerous, etc. LOL
It's for newer Jeep owners with wanna be Jeeps to pretend they have friends and a bond with each other.
The same douches that wave at me and I ignore them.
