My wife and I were just discussing this.

Okay perhaps he was in shock.

He just had an aircraft seat shoved up his ass.

My belief was that if you are piloting one of these aircraft you are at the top of the food chain of all other pilots in the world.

This one sounds like a child.

How abot “I am a USMC pilot. I had to eject from my aircraft. I am at this address. Notify Air Station Beaufort of my location”

Instead we get this weird childish conversation.

Does a pilot have to leave his cell phone at the office to prevent distracted flying or gps location? I dont have all my friends/coworkers numbers memorized, but I have the office number memorized. You cant call the main base number and ask for someone? Best you have is 911? Not like you just wrecked your Nissan Versa into a farmers fence. Did he call a tow truck too?

I know of several young men, our son included, who simply have given up on finding a wife. All’s the women want to do is get a free meal and a good drunk at a club and that’s the extent of any relationship. (free meals and free drinks).

I stand corrected. I was looking at the photo on an iPhone. I suffer from the poor vision and small screen syndrome.

Nevertheless, the majority of people invading our country are physically fit, young men that are fit for military service.

I think about this a lot. Women bought the lie that “liberation” meant power when in fact what it meant was diminished worth. I have been married 30 years to same woman who was pure and mysterious when we were made one. She was and is the best thing short of Christ’s forgiveness to ever come into my life. Guys today have basically horrific odds of finding a lifetime helpmate. The trend of marrying from other continents is becoming more commonplace. A woman who hasn’t been infected with the lie is worth the expense and time.

Most of the women who are plagued by those "social media age" problems and toxic behavior are leftists, or hedonistic clout chasers, the vast majority which also leans either left, or embraces total chaos and reveling in others' suffering.

Your son's best bet is to join an organization that are full of passionate people who do GOOD and patriotic causes, like the pedophile catching community, an organization that teaches shooting and outdoor skills to urban kids, book clubs that emphasize on preserving and protecting classic American literary works from woke revisionism, volunteers who assist disabled veterans or sick children and their families with various daily tasks, etc. These organizations are full of people who actually see a meaning in life and are passionate about doing true good. He WILL find somebody there who is strong willed, not toxic, and cherishes empathy and wholesomeness if he looks there. FORGET online dating. FORGET bars, forget all the typical cliche places where people to this day are associating with finding a partner. Those places attract some of the worst clout chasing behavior that you can ever find.

First, inspire him to get involved in a group who are full of people who actually cherish life and have wholesome goals they are determined to accomplish. The PRIMARY REASON why so many of the "modern women" that manosphere podcasters talk about are engaging in behaviors like infidelity, and manipulation of the law to gain financial benefits from a divorce, child support etc., is because they have NO meaning or long term healthy goals in life or even cherish life to begin with. In essence, they are nihilists. They simply don't care about anything except getting thrills and monetary rewards through any means possible. Why else would they also be engaging in behaviors like hard drug use, driving under the influence and intentionally causing accidents for clout, or wrecking other peoples' relationships and families for the sheer drama and attention? It is because they don't care, about themselves or others. People who have meaning in life and hold firm goals and beliefs in goodness do not engage in such behaviors nor associate themselves with people who does. I hope you are able to work this out with your son and help him get his bearings at least in where he has to look if he wants to meet a wholesome woman who believes as strongly in family, legacy, and making a positive imprint on this world as he does.

Holy shit, was just checking there while waiting for food on the stove to simmer and there were NO registered members signed in as of 9:30PM EST. The most popular boards, General Discussion, Tactics and Training, and Handguns, had 0 registered members and around 60-80 guests viewing. And looking at the main page of the boards, only 1-3 new posts per day on each of these boards. Just wow...

From 2001 to around 2006 or so, TFL was ROWDY AF. On some afternoons and weekends it even paralleled ARF and GlockTalk. Passing through there earlier I felt exactly how Conn Maxwell felt in The Cosmic Computer (H. Beam Piper, 1963), when he finally got off the long starship voyage from Earth to his own home planet of Poictesme, one of the most bustling commerce and trade centers of the System States Alliance before the bankruptcy caused by the defeat of the System States in the Federation War turned it into a dusty, arid, mostly abandoned, and bandit ridden backwater world. Just deserts and ghost towns with smatterings of settlements still trying to get some industries running... Just sad all through...

That was 100% what led to TFL's downfall. A lot of the Fudds were complaining that there was too much "cussing and offensive jokes", so they decided to make even the GD section into gun technical questions only section. No more news and current events, topics which DRIVE forum activity and viewership. Imagine a local or national TV news station one day suddenly proclaiming: "As of today, we will no longer be broadcasting actual news, traffic, weather, and politics, but instead, from 12pm to 4pm every day we will hold seminars on effective journalism and how to run a good news channel. At other hours, this channel is dormant and no signals would be broadcast". Imagine how that would go for that channel.

The High Road had a pretty rocky time in 2008-2010 as well. At one point, Oleg Volk was engaged in a lengthy court battle with who he thought was a friend and who had Pence'd him, claiming full ownership and credit for THR which had been Oleg's intellectual property and creation all along. While the court was hearing the lengthy arguments, there were TWO THRs, one with a .com and the other with a .us domain. The impostor ran the one with the .com domain which had always been Oleg's. Now it seems to be settled and they are on somewhat good business terms again so both sites remerged with threads from both intact. The impostor did not even attend Tea Party 2009 in DC because he did not want to run into Oleg face to face. WTF... Meanwhile everybody else had a really good time there. Everybody was there. Vanderboegh (RIP), Dave Codrea, Suprynowicz, etc... After the rally was over the crowd flooded into the restaurant and Chinatown areas and the only thing that compelled me to finally leave at 8pm was because the last Chinatown express bus back to NYC departs at 8:30 and I HAD been drinking, so driving was out of the question LOL. Everybody stayed there well after 10...

I've preached to people for over a decade and nobody cares it seems or wants to listen.

If the "good folks" don't start understanding they need to directly pay for and support the services and platforms they wish to use, as well as control them. Then they are fully at the mercy of those who hate them the most. But hey it's more fun to be a freeloader right?
