then both said neither had they !! The RN said she/they had been seeing different kinds of brain tumors in otherwise healthy people that got the jab. I have neither Covid nor Flu …but I do have pneumonia in my L lung.

Never had pneumonia before , kicking my ass. Got a hip full of steroids & antibiotics.

Maybe you need a break from your regimen and nature has harsh means for those tough pricks that don’t know when to say when.

I was needing a break from running , going to be tough getting over 2K miles in this year now. First time in over 22 years I haven’t run over that
I could tell my long runs were harder and sucking recently , couldn’t figure out why ?
I Know now !! ….. I can let my little aches and pains from running rest and heal up , just
wish it had been under my control , not pneumonia. I’ll do more core work , stretch more , lift more. Trying to find something positive in getting it
