Actually, mandated poll watchers punishable by felony was in place in 2020, and we know how that turned out. Somehow, Soros-placed judges could rule the poll watchers had to stand 10 feet back during the morning, to twenty feet back during the afternoon, to the other side of the glass with view blocked by newspaper by evening, to not even being allowed to be on or view the same block by the next day (3 AM) when the vans full of extra mail-in ballots rolled in.

The decision comes after Maxime Bertrand Marchand challenged the one-year mandatory minimum sentence for child luring. Marchand had previously pleaded guilty to sexual interference and child luring after meeting and having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old victim multiple times when he was 22.

Marchand argued that the mandatory minimum sentence was inconsistent with the Charter’s section 12, which protects against cruel and unusual punishment.

On Friday, the Court agreed with Marchand, finding the one-year sentence to be grossly disproportionate to the five-month sentence imposed for luring.

I was shooting last week with a good dude, engineer on missile targeting technology.

I mentioned to him there are cameras to observe every off ramp on the highways in our area.

There are it’s a fact.

They are strategically located to most cost effectively view every on or off ramp.

He was shocked to hear this.

They have been there two or three years now.

I was thinking “engineer that targets icbms with this attention to detail?”

Nice guy but he can’t see the forest for the trees, same as the rest of the country.

Well you have a lot of good points. And I agree with you. Too often, after they get what they want, they sit on their ass and let the men do the women’s job as well as also having to do their own job. (All the time romancing the boss). I’ve seen it over and over and over again.

My problem is that they / we are having the alphabet people forced on “all” of us. I compete in Senior Olympic cycling time trials. We race at the same time and same course as the women. In my age group, compared to times of the very best women in the entire nation, I would be close to or possibly on the top step of the podium if I was to say I felt I was a girl. (Ok 75 year old woman). In the mens classification, nationally, on a very good day, I might, and I do mean might, be at 50% of the men. Locally, in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, i often can make the men’s podium and even win every now and then, but go to the big states where the top men race…I get my ass handed to me. Its embarrassing. Its just not the same, they really are not equal athletes.

So, I believe the trans people have rights. But I believe we all have rights. Trans, homosexuals and all those others, do not have the right to force themselves and their beliefs on us and on the nation. They have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. They do not have the right to rule over and destroy other’s rights. But that is exactly where we are today.

The forefront of this fight against this ultra liberal movement is women’s sports. So, I am throughly for Women’s right to have separate sports. Separated from men.

As i said, this is not a men/women right problem, this is a fight against rampant liberalization of 5 million years of selection and moral dignity.

This is a fight that started decades ago when men were attacked under the guise of "women's rights." The feminists that forced the mantra of "women can do anything a man can do" down our throats are the ones that caused this.
