Looks pretty real from that little clip.
Have seen some nasty penetrating injury with solid objects like that.
Once it is into the chest/abdomen/pelvis like that, survival chances change a lot.
He could be just below the bifurcation of the aorta there, so mostly bowel, bladder, and bone issue. Looks a tad high for that in front to me.
IF thats a real case and he made it to a good trauma center, I would love to read his operative reports.

Although that bar is pretty stiff and if it was fake, it would bend at the points of contact on the body. It would be difficult to keep it that straight unless it was incredibly light.

Regional but has been growing. I know the for the Dunford bread. Pretty good stuff. Lasts longer than the local Grandma Sycamore. Not as good as Harper's from Idaho but lasts longer as well.
