Yep. People stand there like they’re standing on their porch. They look at me like I'm nuts when I tell them to get over the guardrail.

Another oddity you will see at the scenes of high speed impacts is, when a motorcycle hits a vehicle a lot of times the rider might be 100 feet or more down the road from the POI but his shoes will be on the ground right at or near the POI.

At least that is wholesome compared to those douchebags who throw items all over the place at Walmart or put buckets on unsuspecting shoppers' heads. These guys made people smile and that is good.
ETA: My favorite ones are when some guys drive around Walmart in Ninebot and similar electric go-carts and small vehicles ranging from 2 individuals to a group of 5-6 cars just cruising around at normal and safe speeds, not crashing into stuff, and just saying hi to people as they pass pretending they are driving in busy city traffic. Some places' security guards don't like it too much but everybody else is amused and find it witty...
