The FFL can refuse to sell for any reason. This would be a situation where I would refuse. The personal risk seems to be through the roof on this scenario.

Even if not true yet as of right now, it is a warning of what to come. Many ultraleftist cities are already underway trying to get illegals into their police departments. We have weathered a lot of lines being crossed but THAT will be an Intolerable Act if we have noncitizens deputized to kill and terrorize people in this country. It would be an occupying army and nothing else.
All FFLs should be at least aware that such things may be coming and soon, and it is within their rights and moral standing to absolutely REFUSE sales in these cases. And if they make it unlawful for FFLs to refuse to sell to illegals or their coddled leftist terrorists, that should be regarded as a declaration of war.

I'd wait until they put it in writing. But it would not surprise me anymore. The left will do anything to stay in power, they stole an election, they ignore Supreme Court rulings and they defunded cops and emptied prisons. Hell, they even paid the Chinese to unleash a fucking virus on the world and kill tens of millions of people and they have the media supporting it.

I personally seen ( OR. ) illegal purchase handgun at GS, and had to have another Mexican with that spoke English language as interpreter to filling out his paperwork questions 4473 . All he needed was 6 months proof of residency in OR.

Having the 2nd and keeping it means freedom to purchase as many firearms as you please, even if cant speak the language that is required to fill-out the required paperwork . Produce 6 months rent receipts with name/address, or 6 months power electric billing with name/address, Pic.ID ... And your walking out shooting a new Glock.
Residency proof where I live Is a pretty shady Grey Area, as i am sure it is in many other States now .. being an 'illegal' is just considered stigma, a racial slur and really hold little to no consequences . I pretty sure In Oregon how it works local here, ( for example ) Mexican national illegal non citizen needs to help successfully navigate getting, State issue ID , bank account, employment/SS, taxID,..etc. is a Matricula card, and that is easily obtained if illegal here as simple as going over to one of several 'cultural centers' to get walked threw the process .
