That was the 80's, early 90's LGS business model. Private FFL holders were far scarcer, and were treated like royalty. A shotgun News, and later, The Gun List, private FFL, saving 50 bucks on 400 dollar shit guns was real, long before al gore invented the web.

Talking to Bob Keller a couple days ago. He said Manatee is reopening. Don’t know if that is convenient to you.
Manatee is about an hour south of me. Haven't been there in a long time. Once they ran Gene out of there, the ROs got pretty stupid.
I do have a range 8 minutes away, but having more than 100yds would be much nicer.

They cut the tendons on the legs. Seen it done, on video, with a deer once. Poor deer could not move. It was at a zoo or similar establishment in Asia somewhere. The Komodo started by eating one leg, so the deer suffered terribly.
