My last company had about a hundred warehouse workers, mostly Black and Hispanic, living paycheck to paycheck. They couldn't afford to take a day off, most were begging for overtime. Even if they wanted time off we couldn't let more than 5% go on any day without operational impacts. The corporate office where I worked is a ghost town most of the day, all the executives like myself don't have to take time off, we are salary and get paid to vote. It is convenient to believe poor people are either stupid, working the system, or lazy, but there is more to it than that.
Isn't there a federal law that a company must give an individual the time off to vote?............not necessarily paid time off, although some companies do pay their employees to go vote.........

There has been so much talk about getting politics out of the “motivational pictures“ thread in the Bear Pit. I think that would be a mistake. Since we are not actually in line with the current rulers and the coastal elites, hiding our views in and around a lot of pictures of undressed or nearly undressed, pretty women is an excellent idea. Since the rulers and their staffs are so predominately sexual deviants, and the coastal elites are so “married“ to the idea of same sex marriage, and other somewhat less than savory relationship ideas…..

They would never be caught dead, admiring good looking women. That’s just too ‘normal.’

You said "pretty" women.
Are you overlooking Dirty D's "contributions"?

An integrally-suppressed carbine converted from a Short Magazine Lee-Enfield. Barrel enclosed in a large suppressor sleeve. Sights are mounted to the top of the sleeve, being a post foresight with protective wings and a tangent backsight. A sling loop is fitted to the underside of the barrel sleeve, as is a wood handguard at the back end. Inside the sleeve a half-length brass tube and a series of split-disc baffles are located for sound moderation. The receiver is a modified SMLE receiver, with the bolt changed to function with the .45 ACP cartridge, and the magazine well adjusted to accept M1911A1 pistol-type magazines. The receiver bridge has been removed entirely, its two mounting holes on each side of the receiver being left open, and a new ejector has been fitted to the left side of the receiver. The trigger, magazine release and safety lever are unchanged externally, as is the buttstock. Buttstock with semi-pistol grip shape at the wrist, sling loop on the underside and steel buttplate.
Delisle Someone is remaking them now.

So which caliber should I devote to… and how many rounds on hand?
Every American needs a rifle in 5.56mm or .223 Wylde, and one 7.62X71 (.308 Win). They need a .22 lr rifle and .22 lr pistol. A 12 gauge pump shotgun that accepts 2 3/4" or 3" shells. A pistol in 9mm and a pistol in .45 ACP.

^^Those are staples. Everything else is extra.

A thousand rounds for each is a good starter kit.
