I’m still all in on team Trump, but man it’s hard not to like Vivek…even with all the red flags. He’s sharp as hell, and says all the right things to push all the right buttons for me.

Re: Trump, it’s not that I like him, I think he’s a pretty despicable human TBH, but damn if he’s not a good chief executive, and the political class hates him so much, I have to wonder why. If they’re trying this hard to knee cap his presidency, it makes me want him in there all the more.

I’m just worried that they’ll stop at nothing to stop him…. A la Kennedy, etc.

I hear this so much from anti-Trumpers. And I'm not calling you one @91Eunozs , but what is it that makes him such a despicable human? I really honestly don't get it.

This is total BS. Believe me, when I worked as a CO in a relatively small town/county, even an attempted hanging/suicide, the paperwork, computer entries, written statements, were long, very exacting, and time consuming. Emergency personnel, if called to respond, turned statements in to the jail Administrator/Sheriff. There's a record, plus video. Oh...wait...
Mac

Other agencies do the investigation with their own paper trail. Their own interviews in their own offices interview rooms with their own people. Our people are not even there. And if it happens somewhere else we might do the investigation with our own report numbers photos, videos, all stored on our servers.

The height of the pile of this BS touches the moon.

You can't eat gold but you can eat a can of Spam. When shit hits the fan you can trade a can of Spam for the things you need. If someone is exchanging goods for gold they will have enough henchmen for protection and they will just take your gold and feed you to the coyotes.
if they can't steal it, they'll just kill you for it.

If you look closely, you'll see ballots from AZ, GA, and MI all voting for trump.
Also, no life vests, Obama wants to make sure, when the boat goes down, you don't float.

Fair callout…. And not anti Trump whatsoever, just to be perfectly clear. I seriously mean it when I say I’m all-in for him this year. I’ll vote even harder for him this time, LoL.

For me it’s the self aggrandizement (probably necessary to succeed at that level though), but primarily the pettiness, and what I see as immaturity towards anyone who disagrees with him even slightly. The personal attacks are unbecoming of someone I want to see representing us to the world. I understand why he does it, and believe even he is doing some of it to generate ‘buzz’ and get his political rivals to respond so he can publicly exploit any weaknesses.

Probably a bit of psychological warfare on his part going on now that I think about it.

And in a bit of self-introspection, I think some of my distaste is because I’ve always loathed the ‘look at me’ types in pop culture, and especially in politics, so I do have a definite bias there.

The womanizing and misogyny bothers me a little, but really not all that much… but I do lose some respect for him for breaking his marriage vows. Again, different times and a different life than I’ve led, but I take solemn vows…well, very solemnly. I really don’t care who or how many people you sleep with as long as it’s between consenting adults, but once you take that walk down the aisle, everything changes. At least in my personal view. I think for me, this is the biggest sticking point…if he’ll break this oath, why not his oath of office?

Again, none of us are perfect…and I truly think he’s the only one who can lead us through the coming shit show once we start defaulting on our debt, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it.

I will counter this at face value, not how I think most will "read between the lines"

How he "unbecoming" of someone representing the US on the world stage. I think you will find a few that are in the It's about damn time, he needs to go a bit farther.

Sure he is a look at me, they all are. But what they do with that narcissism is telling. I think with trump it comes out as I am going to do what I think is right and FO to everyone else that works against it.

As to "womanizing and Misogyny"....how much of that is "real" and how much of that is "locker room talk". You know how "men" talk about women around other men. If you look at it fairly nasty. But we all know it is just talk. Cave man days in the world of today. It is harmless .... now if they act on it that is different. But the "grab them by the pussy" or anything else. Just talk.

I would suggest look purely at what he does rather than what he says. The "mean tweets" mentality is what has fucked up this country for a long time, mainly because of women. He was not perfect while in office but the US and the world was a better place then compared to now.

We have been electing perfect little phony sweet talkers for 50 years. They lie, cheat and steal. The only thing they don’t do is keep their word.

Trump is real. You see him warts and all, He does not care. He does not lie about who he is. He keeps his word and does what he says.

That is character. Something lacking in Politicians. I’ll take the imperfect man of character any day of the week.

50 years ago I worked with a few men who explained their philosophy on holding physical gold / silver. I'm guessing most are dead by now. Their philosophy was simple. They were also history buff's and knew history would repeat itself. Throughout history when empire's collapsed those that could survive the collapse and held physical gold prospered. That holds true today. Those who have planned to survive the collapse are holding physical gold / silver. Those who do not plan to survive the collapse have no food stores, hold no physical gold / silver, do not own any property and are maxed out on their credit cards. Basically there are only 2 camps.
When I engage in conversation with a stranger, it only takes a short conversation to identify their camp. When I ask "What are you planting in your garden next spring" is the defining moment.
Historically, when an empire collapses, food becomes the main focus.

I had 18 years in before I retired. All situations were scrutinized. We had outside agencies do a couple of investigations, along with our investigators.
Statements were checked, double and triple checked, time stamps, the list goes on, because you could be placed on the witness stand. Where I worked, Epstein's brother would have been directed to the proper office for the info. he was requesting. Computer entries would, at the very min., had who the investigator(s) was/were, or at least the points of contact. You are correct, paperwork a mile high. BTDT. Mac

You might have to pay the $20 for us to produce the record, but you would get something from the agency where the death happened. You would need to go to the other agency for their records. There are very clear "rules" around producing this info.

Me I am sitting at 18.5 years, in June I will hit 19, then the next June I am done. 20 years is long enough.

Agreed with everything above. And yes hes the only chance we have for improvement of the Republic. So I'll vote harder too.

An article I saw said a 22% drop.

"However research by the Center for Justice Research, a partnership between the office of Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Bowling Green State University, shows these predictions are unfounded. The study examined the effect of permitless carry on crime in Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron, Dayton, Parma, and Canton, finding a decrease in the rate of gun crime by as much as 22%."

And the truth nobody wants to discuss:

" According to the Columbus Dispatch, a study of 2020 homicides commissioned by the city found that "... about 480 total members of 17 gangs — roughly 0.05% of the city’s population — were confirmed or suspected to be involved in 46% of the homicides, either as victims, perpetrators or both.""

"didn't meet standards" is what they call obvious partisan fuckery and lies.

Soooo Racism then? Fuck that shit!

Sheriff Clark is a good, conservative leader and thinker. However, when he attained national attention for not towing the liberal, woke, leftist, "negro" talking points and affiliated himself somewhat with Donald Trump, the mainstream media went into character assassination mode.

1000007468.jpg

Now, Sheriff Clark's (and maybe this Harvard placeholder bitch too) thesis did have problems with mis-attribution of sources (e.g. missing or incomplete citations). And yes, Sheriff Clark's recalcitrance about fixing the citations is not ok in the fantasy-faggot land of acedemia. And yes, ultimately, like in life, the author needs to own their ptoject in entirety.

However, since David Clark (and maybe this Harvard placeholder bitch too) graduated, the use of AI editing tools cuts way down on inadvertant oversites. An opportunity that Clark never had.

Yes: own your mistakes. Fix them. Apologize as needed.

No: Scream racism, victimhood, and act like the world owes you something.

Fuckers.

[Edit: fuckers]

I think what those who just dislike Trump without good explanation just perceive his narcissism/narcissistic trait. He is also a mega-egomaniac; IMHO a strength and why I knew he would make a good POTUS - he wanted to go down in the history books as "best President ever".
