We paid like 25 cents an acres for it, sorry you poor bastards sold it so cheap. Next time don't vote for Democrats.
We paid .02 per acre. In those days land values were about $1 per acre for agricultural land if you bought a whole section. Back then a lot of Alaska was inaccessible or had little to no value so it was a good deal but not a great deal.
