Shit, it would be cheaper to fly every qualified recipient out of the country. There are around 47.9 million backs in the US. Use $2K per plane ticket that would be 95.8 billion dollars, which is a hell lot cheaper than $14 trillion. Additional benefits:
- Crime would go into a free fall
- Education requirements could be lifted
- Unemployment would drop
- Welfare could be paired back and that money be returned to the tax payers OR actually be invested in the country
- Gun crime would drop to an all time low
