BREAKING: TX/ABBOT JUST PUT FEDS ON NOTICE!!!!!

wmnxpIs6eoFM.png

So...
"Give me complete control of the border."
Yeah...no thanks.
Fuck you Joe.

Most don't realize that there's an enemy behind them. These are the shit stirring bastards that need to be delt with in their ivory tower
Thats what I say. Biden? Bidens just a low grade criminal bagman, a crash dummy for the Left that recites, if he can, the messages they pin on his chest.

He's disposable garbage that will take the blame for open borders and then discarded to a backroom where he'll live out his final days watching kiddy porn and yelling for someone to come change his diaper.

Na, the change didn't go unnoticed by me, in fact quite the contrary. I sit on my back deck the first weekend of Nov. and listen to the silence, remembering when the hills I'm looking across were once filled with the sounds of opening day deer season. I mentioned it to others. They didn't notice it.

I peaked in the golden age of the 1911 combat shooting era and knew names like Mickey Fowler, Jim Clark, Bill Wilson, Ross Seyfried, Enos, Leathem, Virgil Tripp that founded STI built my first 1911 in his garage shop. I've been aware of the shifts changes and even tried and make others aware.

If you got involved in and are continuing the game shooting Glocks, the more power to you, I mean that with utmost respect.

When Antifa / BLM were rioting I went to neighbors I knew were gun owners and tried to come up with a neighborhood watch group in case the mobs came out here. All I got were the blank Walmart stares and "I don't think we need to worry about that out here" responses.

You're not going to round up a well armed militia with people like that.
My pistols are to fight my way back to the rifle I never should have walked off from in the first place. I do need to train with them more, since one rides on my belt all my waking hours.

No, one is not going to round up a militia with people like you mentioned. However, you must realize that is a small sample size of the whole population of Texas. While it may seem like less and less people are hunting, that just isn't so. Feral hogs were not a thing in my county in the 80's and 90's. Of course they are almost covering all of Texas now. Hunting and killing is happening 24/7/365. Add to that the previous non-gun owners watched the riots in America a couple of years ago, and late in life decided to arm themselves. Hundreds of my friends and acquaintances stood by wondering "what took you so long?" Obama and Biden have been the best gun salesmen I've seen in my whole life. There is the old blood that has always shot and hunted, and many new ones have been added to the list.

Long Range and precision Rifle shooting has absolutely exploded since 2010, when I first began my journey in it. I could go to matches in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana and always find many friends that I only saw at the last matches I participated in. I haven't shot a match in several years, but I suspect it would be a sea of new faces. So, as I've said, the list of shooters has grown incredibly.

Truth Sir.

Yes, we have a shit ton of guns here in America.

However, most of gun owners have a single pistol that sits in a safe somewhere and gets taken out for a yearly range visit(if that).

I have no clue as to how many people would actually take up arms to defend our country, but if recruiting numbers are truly accurate, then we are in bad shape.

Your normal gun owner works a job and is very comfortable in their way of life. They won't do anything that may jeopardize that. Thing is, people have mentioned about TV programming and its 100% true.

They would rather live their life as a sheep and turn a blind eye to what's happening then be uncomfortable, hungry, wet, cold or sweating their asses off to keep their comfort.

You see it all the time, people who are even directly impacted by this shit, don't care, even after some illegal rapes or kills a loved one.

It's truly gonna take something HUGE to open the eyes here in America.

Doc

The terms militia, Right wing militia, armed militia, etc. have been stigmatized and been made synonomous with domestic and radical terrorist by the Leftist media and Hollywood.

Liz Cheney's dick sucker, Kevin Costner, made a point to group armed militias with child trafficers and white supremacists in the series Yellowstone.

That shit needs to stop. Volunteer armed militias are a good thing and a Right protected and encouraged by the Constitution.

One has nothing to do with the other.

Foreign wars have rarely been about "defending our country".
Folks have finally figured this out.

How to say you're a man without morals, without saying you're a man without morals.

Then again, desperate men who can't get women, typically lack the morals to lead their life with their brain rather than their dick.

I'd rather be gay with a sense of morality, than fuck that thing! You all can have it!

I applaud you god sir; you’re a better man than I. Seriously…

’dem titties! And dat ass though…. A grudge fuck, then kick her to the curb would be hard to resist!

I agree. Shit when I went to the doc today they knew who I was before I even entered the building. Tell me that ain’t some scary shit? I mean it’s really just cause they got my DL on file and have someone watching the cams and putting two and two together but it was so fast they even had time to print out my scripts on paper and all my paperwork out before I got to the desk. Keep in mind I was 30 minutes early too. I could have been anyone. They knew exactly who I was. Probably even captured the tag before i got in the parking lot. No, we are tired of this big brother bullshit. I’m about to start taking down cams everywhwre I see one.

I’d definitely argue that we are not freer today compared to the past.
Maybe the receptionist just thought your DL pic was hot when whe did your pre-regstrations and was waiting for you.

Seriously notice how phones try to "encourage" voice and face recognition? F*ckers... My last phone literally ask me to "remove all areas bocked" (it wasn't just the obiovus camera lens) "in order to funtion optimally"

You really hope and believe that Trump will win in 2024? I have news for you, the Dominion software is written to change votes. The software is smart enough to know how many to change to make one candidate the winner. The owner made damn sure Trump lost in 2020. It won't matter how many of us vote for Trump. The software will switch votes to make it appear that "their" candidate won. I hope I'm wrong, but I know enough about computer programming to know that as long as Dominion is used, Trump won't win. We need to get back to paper ballots with ID and in person voting with only very limited cases of mail in ballots. I'm praying every day that my prediction is wrong, but Trump won't win as long as the status quo of election systems is in place from 2020. With that said FJB and everyone who votes for him.

Surely Trump is aware of this and has a plan.

Somebody that made his billions in the tough, cutthroat NY real estate market isn't dumb enough to waste his time and bet millions of his own money in an obviously rigged game of chance. Twice.

New holes get punched in the ground in west Texas every day. 40% of the country’s oil comes from the Permian Basin.

If the midstream companies stopped pumping crude out of Texas, and decided to keep it in-state, Texas could give the biden regime a royal fucking in short order.
Not going to lie, that idea kind of gave me a chubby.

Wont fly. The oil companies make their fortune exporting our high quality oil and importing crap to refine. They're only interested in one thing. Profit.

Your circle is not very big, but mine is. I am a Fannin County, Texas resident. And have been a Texas resident since the day I was born, almost 44 years ago.

Evidently what has happened around you has gone unnoticed by you. I know a whole lot or people. The contact list in my phone is obscene. Firefighter/Paramedic for 26 years and the owner operator of an 07 FFL and 800 yard private rifle range. And friends with Law Enforcement from many agencies.

There are more shooters long range shooters and hand loaders now than any other time in the history of Texas. "End of an era". Yeah, we are armed up and better trained now than ever before. You just didn't participate in it. It happened under your nose and you didn't even know it. All good bro. Being in your 70's, sit down with a glass of whiskey and cheer. I sincerely mean that with utmost respect.

Laws an law enforcement are the only thing keeping this from being solved by the citizens. As I said before, maybe a week and it's over. Most likely hours to days.
I hunt in Fannin County.

Anyway, so, I work in Dallas, on the west side, where all the warehouses and stuff are, i.e., people wear work boots and break a sweat and do, you know, actual work, which is kryptonite to the protesters.

So, during the mostly peaceful protests, I was okay there. Armed to the teeth a few different ways, I never had to use it. But that was just hoodlums and random bags of shit creating problems as opposed to soldiers being directed by Potato-in-Chief. Which is not fair to potatoes, those serve a useful purpose.

I think what is helping here is not just that Texas is standing up against our communist dictator, but that other states are supporting us, including actual physical support from the governor of ND.

People have reach just about the limit of shit that they will endure. Yes, a person can be pushed so far. A people can be pushed so far.

Trump won Iowa by the largest margin in history. Same with NH. Seriously, the numbers for DiSantis and Haley are mere slivers. Two things. The people who voted Trump in 2020 against the machine did, in fact, "vote harder." And, in the open primaries, dems are voting for Trump.

Call Trump every bad name in the book. Call him a troll and a mouth. On his worst day, he is still better than dems and not even a close contest to being better than memory care dementia patient in the WH.

He is the guy that picked Wray and Milley.

There is a definite line to the amount of credit you should give him.

Talked to a buddy that was from an oil family in S. Texas. He said Humble Oil got their start on the families ranch and a natural gas line ran straight from a well head and fueled their ranch house.

The political strategists should look at this map as it matures. The odds that those states that get behind Abbott also go for Trump may be pretty good. For damn sure securing the border will be a message that resonates with them.
Just because commie, asshole governors refuse to back Texas doesn't mean the citizens of said states don't. I'll wager that many states that don't officially support Texas, will still go for Trump.

Why are we bloviating about some razor wire when what really needs to happen is..

1) Every treasonous bastard not honoring their oath to the laws protecting the American people gets impeached and/or fired, and then thrown into prison.
2) Every illegal going back to 1950 gets tossed out on their ear back across the border.
3) Rebuild the wall twice as high, twice as deep, and twice as wide.
4) Then fill in the gaps with some razor wire and machine gun nests.

I hunt and shoot on a ranch outside of Johnson City on the Pedernales River. That was once part of the heratige of Texas, deer hunting, along with football and religion. Old delapidated deer blinds and wire feeder pens, now overgrown with cedar, are the only trace of a bygone era. Growing up, our family had a rule while driving in the Fall in the Hill Country to watch out, "...the roads are going to be full of drunk deer hunters."

Sitting in my deer blind during the season on a fall afternoon I now may hear one shot from far off across the river. Most days I never hear any shots.

I never said they would or wouldn’t, you are projecting your interpretation of my words. What I said, but in a different way: an astute political strategist would observe the map and what it is suggesting.

You are bringing flowers to a gun fight that has already started.
Gregg Abbott has been Texas Governor since 2015, the current drama at the border on going since Joe ordered VP Harris to Handle the border crisis back in March f 2021. https://www.cnn.com/2021/10/15/politics/kamala-harris-border-migration/index.html (Has she even made it to the border yet)
Now we are in election year 2024 and Abbott starts playing political games, shit those razor wire obstacles have been picked up and moved out of the way any time a group crosses for the past six months, by everyone including Texas Rangers! Celebrate 25 Republican Governors jumping on board to rally too Abbott and Texas, how much credibility can you give to Georgia and Governor Kemp as an example? Do you trust McMaster’s, he has 2 dogs in the fight, Tricky Nikki and Tim Rhino Scott ( ya he still a player)?
Not carrying flowers by any means, but this is the wrong hill, we need to choose our ground wisely and this is a politically scripted battlefield waving Patriots in. Be smart think of it like a game of chess and stay two-moves ahead.

Again, I don't know what world you are living in, a very small one, not the real one. And I do not mean that rude or disrespectful at all. There are other forums that will show you hunting in Texas is big business. Deer lease prices have become quite high. The reason being, because people will pay it. Maybe the only reason you are not seeing or hearing activity is those neighboring land owners do not want leasees on their land. That is about the only reason it would not be hunted. If they put it on the market for lease, it would be off the market in days, potentially hours.

We have lost much of our land to urban sprawl. That brought in a whole lot more people. And a significant portion of them want to hunt. Less land + more hunters = high lease prices.

I have owned my acreage for 10 years and 2 months. Today, the market value is literally ten times what I gave for it.

Take a fucking pill. I wasn't calling you out, nor really arguing. Just making the point that just because a state is stuck with a commie cuck of a governor, doesn't necessarily mean the people of said state doesn't support Texas and Abbott's position, or Trump for that matter. Stop looking for a reason to get pissed.

Sitting out in the middle of the Hill Country and not hearing any shots is real. To say it's not real or the world I'm living in is a small one, is like saying the election wasn't stolen.

Even with my hearing, I can hear a large caliber rifle shot for a mile or more in any direction of ranchland that was once full of hunters and rifle shots. I don't, you don't, noone, hears that in what was once the deer hunting capital of the world.

The big hunting ranches on the forums you peruse are high end hunting ranches that sell package 3 day hunts for thousands, not the casual family deer leases of old where you may see the owner once a year and come and go to fill your deer tags on the honor system.

I have a buddy that lives north of Llano and he says they blast away on a neighboring ranch that borders his property just like the old days. But I'm talking about an hours drive from Austin or the rolling hills where I live. Those have been silent now for years.

Does he need a reason?

I saw on the news that Jill Biden is on her way to Houston to have a fundraiser. I personally would like to know who the traitors are that she is meeting with. Business leaders who businesses can be boycotted?

Is Joe Biden too scared to come to Texas himself? I'm pretty sure I know this answer.

Houston is solid BLUE with more big money liberals than you can count. Houston gave us the likes of Shelia Jackson Lee and Al Green among many.

Deer hunting in a lot of ways has turned into a rich man’s game. This doesn’t surprise me.

But to say there is less people with guns, less well armed, or know how to use them anymore is ridiculous.

30 years ago what was the most common gun to own you think? What is it now?

How many people owned night vison/body armor/kit of any kind/suppressors/etc back then compared to now?

The average gun guy now has much more than grand dads 06 with a looooophold duplex reticle.

Meanwhile, I know maybe two people who even own guns, one is old and needs eye surgery and can barely get around and the other is a former Class 7 license holder that is now an absolute tit worthless hypochondriac that spends all his time running to the doctor for tests, popping supplements and taking his BP. Neither one has shot in years or knew about the situation brewing on the border until I told them about it today.

Well, not all of us are as useless as you and them

To be fair though, much of that is because we’re shooting with suppressors a lot more now! LoL. 😄
