Fuckin baddass! how bout a picture of all of those trophies won with that ES atx?The heavy bolt lift union is probably going to file a grievance against me for this…but my discontinued and heavy bolt lift ATX got another first place finish @Steelcityprecision Rifleman’s Challenge.

The rear skin has to be cut to fit the monopod. My understanding, that is what AI did.Gave up on finding old skins for the AWSM. I have AW skins but cant mount the rear one of them due to the monopod ffs. She will get a classic rattle can finish within the next few days to reduce resale value that much i will never even consider selling her

Were there different skins for AW and AWSM? would be an absolute mess if i cut that skin and it does not fit afterwards. Any experience here guys? The rear skin has to be cut to fit the monopod. My understanding, that is what AI did.
There is a slight difference in the the skins but can be made to work. 7th Axis will make quick work of it though. Were there different skins for AW and AWSM? would be an absolute mess if i cut that skin and it does not fit afterwards. Any experience here guys?

Send me your Ergo grip then…And you were running that horrible angled factory grip….
First off, it’s Elite Moss…it was originally that gawd awful democrat blue that AI made. Our team was a couple points away from a Key / Trophy at Guardian Arena. We came in 5th.Fuckin baddass! how bout a picture of all of those trophies won with that ES atx?
No can do…I like mine.Send me your Ergo grip then…
Yes, specific front skins due to magwell size. The back are identicalMag opening is the difference. AWSM skins will not fit the AW. Will have to be trimmed.
The front, yes, due to magwell differences. The rear skins are identical between long or short actions. Were there different skins for AW and AWSM? would be an absolute mess if i cut that skin and it does not fit afterwards. Any experience here guys?

DbagsOkay, UPDATE on Shot Show.
Talked to a rep and told me the following:
AT/AW parts will still be sold indefinitely for now. He told me that the ATLE will still be in production and they have no plans to remove it. Therefore, AT/AW parts will still be manufactured and sold. AT/AW’s will not be sold commercially anymore (obviously from their email) but the parts will be.
Second, he couldn’t give me a reason why they left the firing pin out of the XC but said the bolt lift and feel will be similar to the AXSR action. Said the XC is just a smaller AXSR action. So it’s a totally different bolt and firing pin configuration than the ATX, therefore parts will not be interchangeable.
Further he said the XC is replacing the AXSA for LE which will be discontinued. Also said the XC LE will have a shorter hand guard to accommodate the 16” barrel that the commercial will not be offered in.
Lastly, said they will be coming out with a new “Sniper Gray” color for the ATLE that will only be available for LE. I asked if sniper gray would be available for any commercial firearms and he said they do not have any plans of it for commercial. Said they want to keep that color for LE.
Hope this helps
I think it is to boost LE salesThe whole LE specific bolt gun is fucking retarded.
Same thing for the different models of the same damn switch barrel action.
ASR vs AXSR… ATLE vs AT… AXMCLE vs AXMC… ATXC vs ATX… ATXC Mil vs ATXC…
168 ELD /= 168 SMKTrying to make it harder on yourself past 800 with those 168s? 175s will have a higher BC. Not sure if the 12 twist will stabilize 185s.
Diversity is a good thing they both have their placeI can’t help noticing that this thread and the DTI SRS thread both have 17k posts. That seems like a gross inequity, bordering on crime against humanity.
How can AI have only ten more pages than an AMP DSR-1 clone?
What is the consideration holding you back?I debated going off spec and doing 300 norma. I won 100 pieces of peterson 300wm brass though so idk. Still debating what I want to do with this.
300nm performs better but the 300wm is the correct caliber for a mk13. With a return kit I really should keep it "correct".What is the consideration holding you back?
Just sell it to cloners and get something more functional with the funds.300nm performs better but the 300wm is the correct caliber for a mk13. With a return kit I really should keep it "correct".
I am a cloner. That's my greatest problem.Just sell it to cloners and get something more functional with the funds.
I like to think of them as little investments. In 5 years I just quadrupled my money on one piece. Sako trg and paying off my truck lol.Cloner boners smh
Two different considerations, then, which are mutually exclusive. Seems your decision going forward is clear.300nm performs better but the 300wm is the correct caliber for a mk13. With a return kit I really should keep it "correct".
How does Eagle Eye perform? Their cartridges are priceyGot a little more barrel break-in accomplished today. Still shooting factory ammo until I get 100 rounds through it. This is Eagle Eye Precision 105gr Hybrids.
10 shots at 655, ended up into 4-5/8". 27" Krieger in 6GT.

Nice!
Where did you get the cushion for your cheek riser? I need one.
Low for my ATI am joining the AT club soon.
Which scope rail do you run -- high or low?
Why?
There is no night vision usage in my future.
Thank you in advance for the advice.
-Stan
Thank you.Low for my AT
High if you plan to run NV which you don’t seem to plan on doing
Someone else can chime in cause I’m not going to pull mine off to check it. I’m betting the parallel lug in the center is removable or in the gun itself. Both bases have the spot for it in your pic.Thank you.
Do both rails have the same number of lugs that interface with the receiver?
It looks like the high rail here has two lugs:
Accuracy International - AT Action Rail Assembly 20 MOA High - 26612
Higher profile to line up with Night Vison Bracket. AI Part No. 26612www.sportingservices.co.uk
It looks like the low rail here has one lug:
Low Picatinny Rail for the Accuracy International AT Rifle
Aluminium, black hard anodised, “0” MOA. Includes stainless steel allen head mounting screws and rear recoil stop.www.sportingservices.co.uk
-Stan
I’ll add it does state on the low one to use oblong existing scope recoil lug in the description. The high doesn’t state thisThank you.

Are most of you running the pic rail instead of the dovetail mount?
