To be fair, one Ruble is worth a penny. I'm not sure how you do it, but I think the exchange rate has a significant impact on the overall pricing.
Not saying Potato Head and the Deamonrats aren't fucking us with their Cult of Green energy policy making everything fabulously expensive (probably most of the price difference), but some of that HAS to be a ridiculous exchange rate.
