There is no doubt the attacks on Trump are harsh. I know in business lying and cheating your way to the top is more the norm than the exception. I don't see the fraud trial as justice, it feels to me like opposing groups fighting for power.
But there is validity to his use of fake electors to try to overturn an election result his ego could not accept. That one crosses a line for me.

I don't care that Trump claimed he won, I care that he got a bunch of people so rialed up they showed up to stop the certification of the election and many went to jail while he milkes the lies for better fund raising. He got people who were not state certified electors to say they were, flew the false documents to Washington and tried to get Mike to use them so he could claim victory. He did the whole thing in secret, knowing it had no legal element that could survive the courts afterwards. He partnered with lawyers that his own staff called crackpots while ignoring all the official legal counsel for the presidency.

Well let's look at that. A pro Trump non profit called True the Vote spent over $1.5M to a newly formed company called OpSec group. They alone did all research and did not have it independently verified. I wonder about if they had any conflicts of interest. They sell books and a movie and the main people behind it have made millions from it.
Not a single independent group has been able to substantiate the data or conclusions. But investigations have found no validity, not one court has found validity and that makes it suspicious at best and fraudulent most likely.
