something like 11 cases actually went to trial where evidence was presented, and the trump side won 9 of those cases. There is a ton of conjecture there but little facts. Trump is facing a multitude of indictments so you would have to get specific. But at least some are led by Republicans who after investigation determined that not only was the election not stolen, as Trump was told by a great many in his staff, that he embraced crack pot lawyers and conspiracy theories to try and stay in power.
Why do you ignore that Trump aids told him not to declare victory, that he lost every single legal challenge even when facing judges he appointed? Trump sent every law enforcement group he could and they all determined there was no fraud that would change the result. He was told by Attorney Generals, present and past, the FBI, State and local investors, etc.
But instead he embraced crackpots who told him what he wanted to believe. How is that working out for them by the way? Trump either knew he lost and thought the rules don't apply to him or is a fool who can't tell the difference between facts and theories like his supporters.
I don't defend Biden because I'm a Republican and hate him. Although he is hardly the first politician to stretch the limits of their power.
you need to quit getting your "facts" from fake news and deep state pundits.
