Mike Johnson is only the "Speaker of the House". He understands the US Constitution backwards and forward. He practiced as a Constitutional Lawyer. What ever the House writes up in a bill has to be voted on and passed by the US Senate. The US Senate is controlled by the Democrats. Next you have a Democrat as President who will veto anything he can as a whim. Even Trump said "Mike Johnson can't just do what ever he wants to".

Can anyone show anything in the US Constitution that Mike Johnson has violated ?
Johnson's message to the fractured Republicans in the House of Representatives is this : FAFO
MTG has her panties in a wad as do the rest of the Freedom Caucus. They need to take a page from the Democrat's play book, settle down and vote as a group and use the majority they have to move ahead.

He cast the deciding vote to give FISA court warrant free legislation while majority of Republican House voted to require warrants. Vote was deadlocked and as Speaker he broke the tie in Favor of Democrats and the FBI/DOJ. Explain and justify that one.

Problem is they vote as a group to push the Democrat agenda.

In a perfect world, the elected official votes the way his "constituents" want him to vote.
In a district with a Republican voting majority they will elect a Republican candidate to represent them.
The constituents may very well want the same thing as the Democrats, even though they register as Republican.
An example is a community that needs an upgraded VA Clinic.
I see that in Jon Tester's (Montana) district. A Democrat that keeps getting reelected because he votes the way his constituents want him to vote.
When the people of that district ask him "What's in it for us" ? He seems to always get something for that district.

I know the above is just about representation - but the issue will be when completing the census, how many "newcomers" will check the "citizen" box because they think since they "reported asylum" to BP or on some phone app, esp. if they got a court date a decade away from now, they are now legal? (Note also, that the above bill is just a proposition to change the current existing system which does not distinguish between within the citizens versus illegals/ immigrants in counting number of constitutents to determine representation in Congress).

So, after seeing Tucker's recent interview with True the Vote on how "newcomers" will vote in 2024,there is a little clause that as long as they "thought they were citizens" in their head, there is no punishment for voting illegally. Once a vote is cast, it cannot be recalled because the person casting it did not have the "right" to vote to begin with.

I have personally spoken to "newcomers" , who honestly believe because they are now legal citivens now, because they have either reported to BP, some NGO, or the DHS app. on the phones they received for free along the way that they "are seeking asylum". Therefore, in their minds (and it may have been represented to them that way by TPTB that gave them the invitation here int he first place), they now are "legal" and therefore "citizens" eligible to vote. They don't undersand that citizenship does not occur until they have their court hearing as well as completed the naturalization process and ceremony.

you have to train them first, so you know who 'is' one. Then when you go to court, you can show, that person has had training and is EXTRA dangerous, vs, just moderately dangerous. Instead of moderately killing 15 people, with extra training it could have killed 20. type dangerous
