unless the rules have changed,hips are off the bench so a disqual. just practice but in a meet people will usually do what they do in training-weights,shooting,bowling or whatever. i have too seen vids of just this form being common. that is so injury prone as to be pathetic but,correct,the game and most others today are AFU beyond reason.
