Have you tried out the TT yet? Interested to hear your comparison b/t the ATACR, ZCO and this. This one time, at band camp, I put on face pant and went streaking through the quad. Despite being the fastest out of all of my invisible friends (and girlfriends who live in Canada but can’t afford to move to the US just yet), I still wasn’t fast enough to make my dad proud. That’s why I spend money on things like this:

I have at the range but not at a match yet or side to side with the others (I don’t have them anymore). I like all three but I think the TT wins it out for me. But honestly not for anything other than that tool less zero feature. It’s tits. For me and my eyes, the ATACR and ZCO looked at brush and stuff (on the same power) at distance in the desert the same. The TT is just so easy to quickly float if you’re swapping calibers. Plan was to also try the SB636 but man I don’t think I’m going to pass this on. As for the turret “feel” (gay) they’re nice but I don’t see what the internet beats off too about their feel. They click, as they should. They feel nice but so do the ZCO 10Mil NLE turrets….and I liked the ATACR turret feel too. Glass seems to split hairs at this level, which is nice but honestly it’s clear and does really well in 105F mirage.Have you tried out the TT yet? Thanks. I have the SB 6-36 with the new TR2ID, and ATACRs with Mil-XT (4-20) and Tremor 3(7-35), plus some SB 5-25s with H2CMR reticles. I shoot ELR, but just for fun, and I like the H2CMR a lot until I run out of Elevation and have to hold both Elevation and Wind, then I’m just guessing. I really like the Mil-XT but need more mag than just 4-20. I like the 7-35 ATACR just fine, but the Tremor3 is TOO busy. The SB 6-36 TR2ID is just about perfect for me so far, but if I thought the TT was noticeably better optically, and the Gen3 XR is not too fine, I wouldn’t be opposed to trying one. I haven’t looked hard at the ZCO 8-40, but I don’t think it has anything on the SB 6-36 from what I’ve seen so far.I have at the range but not at a match yet or side to side with the others (I don’t have them anymore). All in all I like the TT but I have a hard time saying I’d pay that high of cost out of pocket over an ATACR735. …plus the reticles are gay and Mil-XT and MPCT2X are at the top of my preferred reticles. …but I like the Gen3XR Fine a lot more than I thought I would. Although I hear the PST Gen 2 is the bee’s knees and maybe I should get that instead?
Looks like she’s the one to be painted this winter.
i just closed my eyes, taped the lenses and autistically sprayed those with rustoleum. Feels good nowThis one time, at band camp, I put on face pant and went streaking through the quad. I hope so. Man the moly fad ended like 15 years ago. I didn’t know you could even buy it anymore.
I know exactly who here has my old AX.Sometimes I wonder if my old sage green AX is still here. Sold it to a guy in these forums summer of 2019.
They did that because the AT-X chassis sits so high that it would cover where the original SN was.Did AI change the location of the serial # on the receivers? I just saw this on a GunBroker ad for an AT and I really, really dislike it if so. I know it shouldn't matter but it's just not right. The receiver is also a matte black which looks weird to me.

Tell everyone in your squad that it is your first match.I have my first ever match this Saturday. I shoot a lot at my property but this is different. Any advice from AI crowd? I am all ears.

Just have fun. If you stress to the point it isn’t fun you’ll just loose interestI have my first ever match this Saturday. I shoot a lot at my property but this is different. Any advice from AI crowd? I am all ears.
Focus on good trigger discipline and building good positions. Don't worry about the timer so much at this point and take your time to get good hits especially on barricades and other weird positions. Ask questions and don't go in with big expections for your performance.I have my first ever match this Saturday. I shoot a lot at my property but this is different. Any advice from AI crowd? Ask to borrow gear. You won't know what works until you try it. This way you can try many different bags and bipods without having to buy them all.I have my first ever match this Saturday. I shoot a lot at my property but this is different. Any advice from AI crowd? I am all ears.
Constantly remind everyone of the provenance of your rifle and how much it cost, without them asking you.
Ignore those other nerds @xxflyingturtlexx …this is the only advice you need for a match.Every time you miss, mutter “phukin’ heat drift.”
This. And also, instead of a shooting mat, especially if shooting mats are provided on the stage, roll out a red carpet to place your AI on before shooting. And bring some moist towelettes to cleanse any barricades before they touch your rifle. The ROs should do this for you but some of them may be noobs so best to being your ownConstantly remind everyone of the provenance of your rifle and how much it cost, without them asking you.

These were to the T everything happened to me today! All of these you listed were running through my head on the way back.Practice prone kneeling standing etc with your game changer
Practice getting into position quickly , finding NPA and dryfiring/firing
Get a data card I like the magnetic one in the for sale section
Make sure you have accurate drops for your rifle
Make sure you have a chamber flag
Wings or the pro gamer plate and square bag are useful
“Preshoot” each stage with your spotter if you have one. Can do this while helping spot hits for other shooters. Can see which side of plate people are hitting or missing on. Give wind clues
Have fun. Most people are very humbled at their first decent Prs match.
When in doubt. Bag it

Shoot slow, focus on building a good position and getting good shots off. Don't be in a rush to get to all the positions and targets. Speed will come later but it will take WAY longer to correct bad habits than build right from the start. 3 hits out of 10 shots is the same as 3 hits out of 3 shots. 3/3 is deliberate, 3/10 is a lot of luck with a little skill.
Go with the mindset to learn and have fun.
Since I RO a lot this one is more for me.... if your name is called to be "on deck", fucking be on deck. No one wants to be waiting in 90+ degree weather for anyone's ass who couldn't prepare to go their turn.
This is a big one as an AI owner.... make sure everyone knows they are poor and they missed because it wasn't an AI. They will come to realize the BS the prs community has fed them and see the errors in their life.
It will come. Like everyone said the jitters go away and speed will come as you learn. I'm not sure if you're MDs do this but mine stopped once PRS got bigger here.... some stages are borderline unfinishable. It's meant to force you to speed up and screw up. I've been at this for longer than the PRS and NRL existed and every so often I still don't get to the end of a stage.I was consistently out of time; but placed a lot of decent shots. Distances i regularly shoot became so difficult initially; but towards the end of the match i was getting in the pace of things. Lots to work on
