He’s one of the best Senators in US History, very committed to the Constitution and its correct application and interpretation.

He would make a wonderful SCOTUS pick really to replace Clarence Thomas. Mike Lee was born in 1971, making him a middle Gen X.

For AG, I want to see someone who’s used to stacking bodies. Maybe someone from JAG within JSOC, then apply that template to the DOJ and clean out all the freaking pieces of trash in there across the 40 agencies, none of whom have any mention in the Constitution.

Mike Lee is way too nice for that type of work, and would be run over by cutthroats there. DOJ has been staffed by Mafia folks since the 1920s at the latest, and they never left.

I had heard that Alito was looking to retire if Trump won. I am guessing that Thomas will retire. Hopefully Trump can install a couple more Gorsuch caliber Justices.

God help us if he gets another turncoat group like ACB and Kavanaugh - especially ACB. Critical in his choice would not be JUST appearing conservative; but having LIMITED, VERY LIMITED, liabilities (aka, not have a metric S-ton of children like ACB) and has no personality flaws of wanting to be a "celebrity" like Justice Roberts.

The Republic shall likely never see another Justice on the level of Justice Thomas or Alito for that matter and their adherence to The Constitution; but we should strive for better than 2 of the 3 Trump picked previously.

Ken Paxton is a guess who will be the choice for AG.

♦ The AG needs to be ultra clean with a spine of steel and a laser focus. The AG needs to totally understand the goals and objectives, without being told what the goals and objectives are. The AG needs to be independent, stable, strategic, brutally honest and keenly confident in his/her communication style with the attack media.

President Trump cannot spend exhaustive time instructing the AG on critical priorities. The AG needs to operate with skill, focus and self-motivated energy. The AG will be the focus of the Lawfare crew for removal/recusal. (Weissmann, McCord, Eisen, etc.)

Why not? Why do we always settle for subpar politicians and judges? Where are all the brilliant constitutional minds? Most judges didn't pass their bar exams, some didn't even go to law school but just got voted into their position!

Interesting read, but I'm not 100% on board with whom he chose for each position.

When it comes down to the intelligence community, with the emphasis being on surveillance of US citizens to maintain power within the fourth branch of government, does it not seem like the Patriot Act in itself was a mistake and needs to be revised? Given how the FBI has known about so many terrorist shooters and even driven them to their "events", are they really making a safer?

Precisely. To be honest, I’m not keen on a lot of these for a variety of reasons, but if it were me then I’d be looking outside the mainstream gov for positions. I’m not sure anyone currently can be trusted. How exactly you make that happen is problematic because he might not know about the badass local guy that’s be perfect for the gig…hmmm

Rubio would be the IC pick because, well, he is Vice-Chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and a direct installment due to his efforts to support the prior Trump targeting; which included the big assist to then Vice-Chair Mark Warner. The IC has super thick black files on Rubio, they’d love to have him at State. This rumor seems ridiculous.

PATRIOT Act was drafted by a well-known pedophile Senator on Soviet payroll after the OKC Bombing, but wasn’t signed into official infringement status until after 9/11. His name was Joseph Biden.

FBI was formed as a Praetorian Guard for the Mafia’s stooges in govt, to keep them in line, originally as the Bureau of Investigation under Napoleon Bonaparte’s Grand Nephew and US AG, Charles Jospeh Bonaparte.

patriot act needs to go away. it has never been anything but an ignore the constitution song. yea,ok foreigners even legals should prob be subjected to deep scrutiny esp chinese and ME. they shouldn't be given citizen's rights. if properly investigated and vetted to become citizens then drop the scrutiny on them. the only right illegals should have is the right to leave with the clothes on their backs nothing else. don't leave? stay in prison forever. that looks to be working in el salvador with their gangs. resist jail? extreme terminal rendition.

I actually wanted her for WH Counsel since she's a lawyer. Still I think she may stay on as DJT's personal atty or contract out to the Trump Org. Trust me, there's a place for her somewhere. Remember, Habba has a family to raise, and I think she'd be way far away from them as WH Counsel.

I think Kari Lake would make a good Press Secy or Comms Director.

But, he’ll definitely be a step up from the current dipshit, lloyd austin. Every time I see him I can’t help but think of Mars Attacks and the Black General making the International Sign of the Donut.
