Made a basic pulse jet with my friend in our teens
Took a fire extinguisher and cut the top off
Strapped a dremel with a 45 degree bevel tip that we used as “points”
I think we wound up using 3 spark plugs from the garage
We could get about 30-40 seconds of pulses about best. First time we had a few in a row it knocked over the snack table we used lol

Hailey has talked openly about this being her 15 minutes of fame and she has already made over $200k from selling merchandise not counting her appearance fees and whatever deal she got for her Talk Tuah talk show.
